I went to pick up an order that I made online but they didn't receive a notification. So I purchased the item again the clerk said I have to call customer service and have them refund my CC.

I recently visited Five Below and was thoroughly impressed by my experience. The store is beautifully organized, making it easy to navigate and discover exciting products. I found some fantastic items that exceeded my expectations, and I appreciated the wide variety of options available at such affordable prices. Moreover, the staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist me, providing helpful recommendations and ensuring I had a pleasant shopping experience. Nice and clean and friendly.. alot of the items I was looking for was sold out or not available. They had one display but no more to sell and was told they couldn't sell me the item but it's ok, I went to a different store and found it for the same price..
