Terrible experience with the manager John. I went there to return 2 @Nike Futura Mash T-shirts I purchased for my son for Christmas. The decals on both shirts basically disintegrated after only one washing as seen in the attached photo. Not only was he rude and condescending, rolling his eyes and sighing, he basically insinuated I was a liar, not once but multiple times. This is not the way any company should treat its customers. Hopefully, corporate will have a different response and do something about this terrible manager. I wish I could give him zero stars.

The girl that helped me on the sales floor was very nice. The girl that was working the register was very rude. Very short with me when i asked her to repeat herself. I dont think I'm gonna go back to this Foot Locker.

Never have the shoe I want. Always order online, because they have limited selection for women and sizes. But overall a good store for basic sneakers

I always shop here. They have a great selection of sneakers for my family of 7. Great customer service always. And if they don't have it in store, they can ship it.
