A satisfied customer is the best business strategy of all. As a previous customer of Frank Devonshire Contracting I know I have a responsibility to share my experience. I signed a contract to have a 480 square foot addition built. Frank and his team were transparent through the entire process. The workmanship was outstanding. The professionalism soared to unprecedented heights, shattering expectations. I highly recommend considering Frank and his team for your next home improvement project.

It seems odd that most of these 5 star reviews are all from 2-3 weeks ago. Around the same time that I opened a complaint with the Attorney General’s office. Which will be under review by the consumer protection unit shortly because you refused to respond.
This company was hired to build a suite for my elderly Mother. Knowing that she sold her home to pay for this project so that she could be cared for by family instead of living alone. Almost 2 years later, we are left with just a foundation and footers which have been sitting for a year. After months with no contact and no additional work done (abandoning the job) I reached out to F. Devonshire and only received excuses in response. No offer to resolve the issue or promptly get a timeline in place to finish the work. F.Devonshire stated that there were delays due to lack of workers, Covid and other excuses. Yet, when I look here it seems they have been busy for the last 2-3 weeks doing great work for others. Curious.
F.Devonshire, good for taking advantage of the elderly, taking their money and abandoning the job, refusing to live up to the great reputation that is stated in these seemingly false reviews. I pray you sleep well at night knowing how much financial damage you’ve caused to an elderly woman. In God I Trust.

Frank Devonshire and sons are very reliable. I callled him after a storm our fence needed repair and he came right over. Fixed it like new. I would highly recommend him !!

I had painting done by Frank Devonshire General Contracting and they did a great job. Kitchen, dining room, living room, stairway, hallway, ceilings, trim and two-bedroom doors. Always on time and contacted me via text or phone if anything changed. Looks wonderful. Professional and friendly and always cleaned up each day afterwards. Great work.

I had a deck installed and couldn't be more satisficed. They handled the permit to final inspection. Very happy, would recommend.

Franks guys put all new windows and did a fabulous job. Professionally installed and wrapped the windows, replaced a few inside sills and did not charge me. A+ job!

We hired Devonshire Construction to transform my in-laws’ home into a “Mother-Daughter,” and Frank & his crew did a PHENOMENAL job!!
The workers showed up each day with a pleasant and professional attitude, were very respectful and left the property each afternoon cleaner than the day before. We were constantly informed every step of the way and Frank took the time to answer all of our questions and address any concerns.
We highly recommend Devonshire Construction for any and all residential construction projects!

Thanks once again to the professional staff at Devonshire contracting . Last year they redid my basement that had water damage from a failed subpump then I had them redo our bathroom and kitchen. I was so pleased with there professionalism that we hired them once again to redo my moms house they did a new roof replaced windows and doors. In a few months I will have them redo her bathroom and kitchen love this company wouldn’t trust anyone else when it comes to repairs

First and foremost, this company hands down is the most professional group I have dealt with in regards to home improvement! The team advised me on all available options providing me with the most accurate estimate for my project. From the start Frank's team went over all the in and outs of my roof/siding replacement. They seamlessly completed the project in one day and kept a safe, impeccable worksite. Frank and company are great people that stay true to their word. My house turned out better than anticipated.
