The team at Gloss brought the Glam and Beauty for my bridal party and me for my big day this past May! Booking was seamless and Jay was a pleasure to correspond with and made booking and payment a breeze! My trial was so fun and I loved getting to know Emma and Brittany before the big day. Both really nailed my vision, and made all my girls sparkle and shine✨
I especially am grateful I booked this team given that I have a chronic skin and condition, EB, and I had a very positive experience from start to finish! Receiving beauty services can be stressful with my condition but the team at Gloss was so welcoming and accommodating. I cannot recommend enough!

I hired Gloss for my wedding hair and make-up team and Bethany and Emma CRUSHED it. They showed up early and had us ready and beautiful with time to spare. no to mention they are just lovely humans. loved my hair and makeup and they gave excellent advice to make sure we looked our best. it lasted all night and not once was I worried about it. would recommend them to any bride and her bridal party!

I booked Gloss in the City to do hair and makeup for my wedding last weekend, and they were a joy to work with! I first reached out almost a year in advance, and after one conversation with Jay, their bridal coordinator, I knew I was in great hands. I had a trial about two months ahead of my wedding day, and a complimentary blow out the day before! (What an awesome touch!) Brittney (hair) and Kaitlyn (makeup) came to the bridal suite the day of my wedding, and they made us all look and feel so beautiful. My mom especially was nervous, having never had her makeup done professionally before, but these girls made her feel like a movie star. By the end of the morning, we were sad to see them go! If you're looking for excellent service with completely down to earth people, look no further!

Jay made coordinating locations, trials and my big day easy. Kaitlyn and Brittany came to my hotel to do my bridal party’s hair and makeup. Everyone was so beautiful and I felt so beautiful and confident for my wedding :) I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Good cut and color.
I find it very hard to believe the salon has no ability to provide a receipt, not paper, not digital (email or text). I am not accustomed to spending $160 plus and being told I cannot have a receipt, but that is what I was told by the young woman who processed my payment. I've had haircuts and color at many other salons in recent years and was always given a receipt.

Love this place. Originally went to the Newark location and now the Wilmington. Management is fantastic and Darian is amazing. She has done both my boyfriend and my hair and both turned out great. She got the color of my red just right and gave me one of the best haircuts Ive ever had. 10/10 would recommend

For my wedding on May 4, 2024, Gloss did an AMAZING job with my and my bridal party’s hair and makeup! They came to the hotel where we were getting ready, arriving punctually and fully prepared. Krystal and Emma, who had done my hair and makeup trial two months prior, somehow managed to outdo themselves on the wedding day. They made me look absolutely stunning, and my bridal party was equally thrilled with their gorgeous looks. We especially loved that eyelashes were included, adding an extra touch of glamor.
Gloss made our getting-ready process smooth and relaxing, ensuring we all finished on time without any stress. Their professionalism and talent truly shone through, making our special day even more memorable. Thank you, Gloss, for your incredible work and for making us feel so beautiful!
