I drove 30 minutes to purchase items at this location. I arrived at 11:40 to find the lights on but the door locked with no one to answer. There was no signage saying what the issues was as to why I could not pick up my products at that time.

I experienced the best customer service from Aerowyn and Joey. They were so patient, helpful, and socialized with me. They steer me in the right path of want I was looking for and learned some new stuff about natural medications. Thank you two for your service especially thank you Aerowyn for going above and beyond for me as a customer to make me smile and leave happy!!!!

Worst experience I had. Employee won't even come up to you for assistance. He wasn't too informed about any products either. Don't waste your time. Go to the vitamin shop dome the street. 5 start there

my girlfriend and i went in to shop around today and Reese was so incredibly helpful! we asked him a bunch of questions about different supplements and protein powders and he couldn’t have been more knowledgeable. he answered our questions with so much poise and made us feel comfortable and heard! GNC i hope you’re reading this review because you have a 5 star employee, give that man a raise! thank you again for your help Reese!

The young gentleman behind the counter is very kind. Always greets me when I walk in, asks if he can help me find anything, but isn’t pushy at all. He asks me about the products o buy, which is great because I feel like he’s educating himself to help other customers. 5 star location, 5 star service. Give the man a raise!
