I went to the building where Go-Care is thinking a company that did X-rays was still in practice and the kind and professional staff informed me that had closed years ago. They told me I could have an X-ray there and it would have to be part of an urgent care visit. I told them the pain in my finger was getting worse and it was becoming more challenging to bend, so I figured it wouldn’t hurt. I’m so glad I did! The staff was prompt, thorough, kind, caring and professional!! The care I received was unlike other Urgent Care facilities in my area! I will be back (hopefully not too soon) for urgent care for myself or my husband!

The ladies there are always so pleasant and they get me in and out and treat what ever I'm there for with respect and true care! They know what they are doing! 🙂

I was there Monday with some kind of chest infection, a very high fever, and a cough. They tested me for Covid, RSV and some third thing and said the results would be in on Tuesday between 12-2. They gave no suggestion as to what it could be except “something viral” and a shrug. Tuesday came and went, no update. I got worse. More sick. Terrible 104 degree fever. I called on Wednesday and they responded “oh yeah all your tests were negative.” I asked if I could have an antibiotic just in case, but they said they wouldn’t prescribe one for “something viral.” Well, I was so displeased with them I chose a different GoHealth Urgent Care (the one on 202) and they immediately were able to diagnose me. Walking pneumonia. They prescribed me an inhaler and an antibiotic and I started feeling better as soon as that night. I would so recommend a different urgent care over this one. I’ll only go to the one on 202 now.

Michelle Kath and Debbie Provided me with the most hospitable and memorable experience I have ever received in any urgent care facility. I’m still amazed and forever grateful for the help I received and they definitely made it a personal experience. They went above and beyond all expectations. Thank you guys so much!

Excellent, super clean, and awesome establishment!
I went in to get a DOT physical exam done and the staff was very warm & welcoming!
Even early in the morning the staff was super professional & friendly!
I wish I could give them more than 5 stars ⭐

I had to bring my 86-year-old grandmother with dementia in today and I just want to say we had a lovely experience. The place was very clean and the staff was ultra friendly. We were initially helped by the nurse Kelsey, and she was exceptionally understanding, gentle and thoughtful toward my grandmother. After that, we were assisted by Deborah and she was just as attentive and knowledgeable. Front desk staff was extra courteous as well although I regret that I don’t know her name. I just want to say thank you ALL and I highly recommend Go Care at this location.

Waited a while to write this review as it was such an embarrassing and traumatic experience that I didn't want them to know who I was when I left this review. Doctors/assistants may have changed but regardless, my story should still be heard. This happened about a year ago. I'm in my mid 20s and have had UTIs on and off for years. I know what it feels like when I get one and I knew I had one going in, all I needed was a test and script for antibiotics. My primary care physician was all booked up and couldn't schedule an emergency apt so my last result was this place. When I was there, they gave me the pee test, it surprisingly came up negative even though I did an at home test and at home said positive. They insinuated that instead of a UTI it was a STD. Once they said that their whole demeanor changed and they were very shameful towards me. They'd asked very personal questions (that's fine I understand they need to know s3x history and such) but they were insanely judgemental and shameful. They insisted I should be tested for a bunch of different stds, thereby making my visit insanely more expensive btw. Left feeling extremely violated and judged. Next day I went to my pcp and got a UTI test, lo and behold, it was positive for a UTI and I was prescribed antibiotics. (results from the std tests, negative for everything). Part of me thinks they were scamming me in order to make me take more tests to give them more money. Never will I ever go back to that place, every visit prior to this specific one had been awful too.

Great urgent care. Receptionist was so attentive and conscientious. She knew my pharmacy would be closed by the time I got out, so she asked if I wanted it to go to Rite Aid, whom are open longer. That was exceptional and I feel most others in her position wouldn't even care. Also the nurses and the NP who took care of me all very competent and friendly. I loved the atmosphere as well, very cozy. Will never go anywhere else!

Made an appointment online waited about 30-45 minutes before they called me back staff seemed friendly. Male physician assistant came in with a female medical assistant told him my problem which was not to uncommon. He seemed unsure if he wanted to help me he prescribed rx . As I was leaving I heard the medical assistant make vomiting sounds like how unprofessional was that ended up going else where the next day and getting treated promptly.

They double-billed me. I have left 3 voicemails, and they will not even give me the courtesy of a call back to address this situation.

Go-Care Urgent Care Staff is amazing! Even when you're not feeling good . The first
person you will meet is the receptionist who always greet you with a smile and a joke.
Doctor and nurse treat you like a friend. Instead of a number. I will recommend everyone to this wonderful urgent care.

Every time I have gone to this facility, I have been treated courteously and competently. In every situation they have been correct in my diagnosis.
