They need to hire people that don't have attitude with customers.very rude male cashier the way he talk to my husband he's lucky I wasn't there because I would of not put up with his smart mouth
.and the guy that takes donations outside also has a smart mouth.check who you hire because this isn't good for customers.

I don’t know what it is, but y’all need some more training in customer service and the girl at the front she looks like she might have addiction or getting out of it and it is sad i’m coming up there and not know hello how are you doing or nothing and still talking to each otherthen you got a guy in a white van sitting out there like he’s looking for somebody that he wants to take it was very weird cause he sat next to my car when I walked in Goodwill I came back out and he was by my car so y’all need to be coming outside checking things. and helping your employees get better that’s what the company is about

Prices are ridiculous! They have gotten really greedy. They charged me $7 and $8 for tiny old figurines! Everything old in the back where the cups/ holiday and figurines are at are very overpriced! They even got Dollar tree items with $3.99 tags on them!

Decent goodwill location. Size-able selection of women's clothing, full racks in each size & style, including shoes. Small selection for mens. I've been told 1/2 off tag color day is Sunday but never personally visited on a sunday. Some small furniture which is just hit or miss.
Donation was easy, around the left side with some large drop off bins & workers unloading as cars pull up around the cones.

I love this location so much! The staff are always friendly & have a smile on their faces! I’ve noticed that they seem to be very short staffed the last month or so. Anaya however continues to work extra hard to cover the shortage of cashiers up front & remains so friendly & that beaming smile never leaves her face! The remaining employees are busy buzzing around the store maintaining the store, accepting donations, restocking, helping customers & jumping on the register when the line gets too long. They too have a pleasant attitude & smiles for all the customers! The prices are reasonable here as well. The employees here definitely make this store one of the best Goodwills around. They deserve some recognition & honestly a reward for working so short staffed for so long! I as a customer certainly appreciate them working so very hard to fill the void! I hope Goodwill appreciates them as well!

Love this one. I go there twice a month easy. They have good selection of baby clothes and kids clothes, which is what I beeline for. Their men’s section is small. There is decent selection of framed art as well. I mostly get deals on dresses and Baby clothes at this location. The store is clean, and the staff is friendly.
May 2024 Update: I still go here and still love it. They have not raised prices like the Avondale one in PA. I consistently get great clothing here, mostly for myself. It's a matter of chance and luck, but I always find either good shoes, house ware item, or furniture here as well.

Goodwill store in Chads Ford Pa has really gone downhill. They recently raised all of their prices to crazy levels for crap merchandise. They seem to get new managers every month or so which indicates high turnover. Other than a couple cashiers most are rude. There was an item I was interested in purchasing with no price. After waiting several minutes to get the item priced the price was way out of line so I declined to purchase. The cashier then told me to return it where I found it... really? And the senior discount i.d. thing is insane like they are giving you anything extra because they raise the prices ahead. But when it is very obvious especially if you are a regular shopper you have to show your i.d. at 65 then basically you are calling me a liar. And they also put the new tags on items that you wind up destroying the item trying to get the damn sticker off. Sadly Goodwill has changed and not for the better. This store has been my favorite through the years but they are pricing themselves out of business under the guise of helping the community
