Disgusted with this company. They offer a product of Oxo Cubes, say they can deliver to the USA. Pay them, and the customs fee. Only to have customs destroy the package as they're apparently not allowed in the USA. Your company should know this, and not have this product showing it's available to ship to the USA. Now I'm out of pocket. You should've given a full refund. Will never use you again, and most certainly don't recommend. Terrible experience..

Total Fraud. They refused refund and they keep on charging the same product every month!!!!!!! Very dangerous, do not give bank details!!!!!!!!

Do not purchase from Go Supps!!!!
My child purchased a defective Tria laser hair removal 4x and Gosupps is refusing to refund them, despite their refund policy that states:
Damaged or Defective Products
Your satisfaction is our priority! If you receive a damaged product, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange a return to our nearest distribution center and issue a full refund for the affected items. 💯
The product they purchased never worked. They were told that Go Supps doesn’t handle warranty so their refund policy is basically a lie. They have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau!
