My daughter went for a trim and no wash she sprayed her hair with water trimmed and blew it dry and charged $78 she was there 10 min never told her it is $50 to blow it dry. This is not right. I was expecting 25-30 but $78!!!! Do NOT waste your money here!!!

I always go to Bridgette at the Midway shop. Imagine my surprise when I went there a month ago and she is no longer there. I have had 2 different stylist 1st one not too bad, 2nd one I had today and my hair is uneven. She did ask if it was ok and I told her I wouldn’t know until I did my hair at home. I need to know where my Bridgette went so I can follow her. She never disappointed.

Got hair cut for a 3y boy. Hair dresser wet his hair and cut it in a manner that would require product every day (major slant as it dried). Since we were still there, I asked her to fix it - she kept talking about how stick straight his hair is…which, leaves me thinking that she didn’t feel comfortable with what she was doing.
We washed it that night to get all of the hair that she didn’t blow dry off (which, I’m guessing is because she didn’t want us to see it dry).

I won't go back here. I gave a specific picture of the cut I was looking for. The cut I got was nowhere near the same. I was told by the hairstylist that my hair was thicker than the woman in the picture, but I don't have thick hair at all. I paid $30 extra for her to style it and initially she just blow dried it into a round ball. I looked like I was in my 60s. I'm in my late 30s. I asked her to do something else with it, maybe use a straightener. I finally just gave up...not worth the original price of the cut or the $30 for the styling. I came home and salvaged it the best I could and also had to cut pieces of hair that were left very long in my bangs, probably the length they should have been cut to in the first place. I won't be going back...save your money. This was not a $55 cut and style and it was certainly not what I asked for.

Special complements and appreciation is extended to hair stylist, LeighAnn, at the Midway Plaza Shopping Center, Wilm ,DE. She took time to review my previous appointment's cut-style info. Then discussed how I'd like my hair cut before commencing , explained what she was doing as she progressed, engaged in congenial coversation, and asked for details as she continued. Bridgette is another stylist who is customer focused, with same approach. Other stylists had rushed through, simply cutting using an electric clipper without much consideration for style and appearance.
