We had a terrible experience with this location. It started out good with them being accommodating for the vehicle that we needed and our experience was fine with picking up the vehicle. When it was time to return it, we were told that we could leave the vehicle at the body shop and they would come and pick it up. Almost three weeks later they still had not picked up the car even after repeated calls to Hertz that the vehicle was returned from us and from the body shop. We started getting charged for the vehicle and there were almost $700 in pending charges when we shouldn’t have been charged anything because the car was returned within plenty of time that the insurance was paying for.

I had a horrible experience with this rental location. After calling FOUR times to confirm that my card would be accepted—including specifying the bank name and that it was a credit card—I was turned away on the day of pickup because my bank is “an e-bank.” Nowhere on the website does it state that e-banks are not accepted, and the reps I spoke with never mentioned this. We were left stranded with no vehicle and no apology.
This isn’t just about policy—it’s about blatant miscommunication and zero accountability. We did everything right to confirm the details ahead of time, and they still denied us at the counter. The staff offered no solution, no empathy, and no ownership of their repeated misinformation. The experience was stressful, disappointing, and completely avoidable had they just been clear from the start.
Please read the negative reviews and take them seriously. Any good reviews on this place must have been pure luck, because this level of service and misinformation is unacceptable. I will never rent from this location again and highly recommend others avoid it as well.

There is clearly a staffing issue here. The employees who are working hard and are doing their best to keep up with demand. It’s clear hertz doesn’t have enough people working. My reservation was for 10am and it took over an hour to get my car. I would not rent from here, I chose them because it was $20-30 cheaper for my trip. I regret choosing this location.

First, I would like to say I rent a lot of vehicles, mostly for work and some for pleasure. I can say I have not had a great experience every time but am able to manage and with limited issues. With that being said, this rental experience was hands down the worse encounter I have ever had renting a vehicle and possibly have felt the most disrespected for myself and other customers while dealing with a customer service rep/salesman.
The gentleman working at the counter was inefficient, rude, and demeaning. Multiple people waited patiently while he acted as though it was our fault we used your service. After waiting nearly 2 hours my colleague finally had a rental car, albeit dirty, with a partial tank of gas and not the class he reserved. I am saddened this is his send off from the USA after being here on business for 3 years, but happy to know he will use other services in the future and understand what true customer service can look like.
I personally will avoid your company whenever possible and will never recommend to anyone again. I hope you will consider changes in the future as this kind of treatment of customers should not be tolerated

Had to get a rental after a truck rear ended me. The brought a car to my home, and then switched it out later. Good communication and Tyarra was super helpful and professional. Would use again.

Do not rent cars there ! Terrible people at the desk. I wonder how can they still be in business after being so unprofessional!

Beware of them trying to overcharge you.
They overcharged me $56. I've emailed them, called them, done everything, but they do not listen.
They even confirmed to me on phone that they would refund the charge, but I haven't gotten anything back from them.
Anyways, DO NOT trust them with anything. I'd rather pay more and rent from a different company because I know they won't overcharge me at least.
That was my final rental with Hertz. I won't trust them again surely.

Called yesterday as I had many questions about my rental and extending it via online as I usually have problems with such, however this time was a smooth transaction, I was helped by brother Rakim, whom was very informative and knowledgeable satisfying all my questions and concerns. If giving zero stars was an option, that is what it would be. I waited 40 minutes to pick up the rental that I arranged with the AAA discount. There was no one at the counter for 20 of of the minutes as she had to go and correct giving another customer a car with no gas. When she did return, she then had to go out to the garage to find a car. She returns with no car, but apparently someone else will drive it up. When I asked where to return the car, I was told there was no address but "follow the DART buses." Are you serious? I then paid for public parking, so I could walk the key into the associate. She did apologize for the day before wait, and I walked the guy back out to the car to show him where I parked. Two weeks later, I received a bill saying I had the car for 10 days instead of one. Not enough characters allowed for the fiasco with customer service. DO NOT GO HERE. It would be better to rent a skateboard.

I made a reservation online. Received a confirmation . I Made arrangements to get to the location . When I got there I was told they do not do same day reservations. Which is interesting to me because every rental car I’ve ever gotten (and I’ve had quite a few) I have gotten the same day because it’s always some sort of emergency. I Wound up stranded 20 miles from home in an area with people randomly yelling do you have a cigarette, can you give me a ride and smelled of urine. Seems like the people here just don’t want to do their job. I wasn’t offered a pick up at a different location, a different time no sorts of accommodation, no apology or explanation . Just flat out told they don’t do same day rentals. I can’t understand why same day reservations are allowed to be made online if they are not accepted in store . I also can’t understand why someone wouldn’t have called and said that was the case instead of having people waste their time, gas, money, energy and effort to get to the office. I Ended up missing work and an important appointment . Attempted to call corporate and you can’t even talk to a human. I won’t use this company again.
