3.5 ☆'s.Took my niece 2 weeks ago. We didn't find much. They did have some cute sweaters and jeans but I didn't need any. Some things were pricey. I feel like they can do better with prices due to this mall being so empty.

A lovely variety of clothes for teens through to adults. (If there was clothing for youngsters, I did not notice.) Bought some great cotton outfits. All 3 sales clerks were friendly and helpful.

This store is large with a nice selection, however, they gave a very disappointing experience. The size skirt I needed was on a mannequin. I asked the store managers to take it off for me but they’re saying they can’t because of “visual”, they would have to remove it in the back and steam another one to replace it so the answer was “no.” Why would H&M not want to make a sale? I paid for my daughters few items, but put everything I would have purchased back and left the store. Also the person who rang up my daughters clothes could not explain the point system to me. I won’t shop somewhere that would rather display the clothes but not sell them.

Always have a nice selection of clothes, especially for men..I was able to find my boys some nice gifts..Had their sizes and colors they like.A must try. Reasonable priced and large selections.

Erica, a young black lady, with a nose piercing so very rude that I will not be returning. She was more interested in her phone, at the register than providing any customer service. She lied and told me that H and M does not price match when others store have done so recently. I do not need an apology because there is no way her manager does not know how rude this lady is. I will stick to Concord mall! I always feel welcomed and the employees give excellent customer service EVERY time I shop there.

Their prices have gone up alot. The quality of their clothes are ok but for the money I would spend here I might as well go to Express or Macys
