My Husband had his Chevy Traverse towed there on Friday, the Tow Truck Driver was very nice and very professional.
Today I called to find out when the vehicle would be ready and Hallo(might not be the correct spelling). Hallo was very nice, professional and accommodating. He explained in detail what needed to be done and the pricing seems very fair.

Absolutely loved my experience here. Not only did they put up w my constant questions (as a single female not knowing car stuff) they were extremely helpful and also saved me money. The friendly, family atmosphere was great esp dealing with high stressful situations as car issues usually are. I will most definitely continue future business w this company. A few friends suggested that I use Holly Oak since they had been going there and have had positive experiences. No one wants to have to pay for car repairs but unfortunately..sometimes we must. The folks at Holly Oak are polite and professional. I had to get a vehicle road ready for my 80+ year old mom. They took care of everything, explaining in detail what needed to be done, with a quick turn around and way more reasonably than other estimates. Thank you Holly Oak Towing and Service Center!

I was visiting the area and one brake fluid line burst on sunday. I called several towing who did not answer but they answered immediately and had my car fixed by 1pm the next day for fair price!!! Even gave me some honest feedback on the rest of my brake pads and systems.
