Thanks to everyone who has posted about this place. I just sold something on eBay that has been listed for months. They offered a few hundred less and I accepted. I searched the address on here and then saw all these bad reviews. I cancelled the order and let them know it seemed like a scam location.

Scammed me out of an ebay package. This company should be under criminal investigation. Never sell electronics through Ebay.
