They don’t like when you’re very specific on how you want your nails to look. They only like doing simple nails and complain about anything else that takes real craftsmanship. And I dare not go to a shop where attitudes are given to paying customers and there is no price board so they come up with whatever.

Stopped here on my way back to Dover AFB from Hot Yoga in ChaddsFord for a much needed soak & new dip powder. Hard to tell who owned the place. Small inside, no prices posted. Ladies to busy to discuss what service I needed until 20 minutes later. After 30 minutes I was seen, by 2 women, 1 who convinced me she knew what she was doing but became insulted when I made a decision that didn't align with hers. She asked someone else to do my nails. 1 other women took over but didn't know how to file a square shape. Instead of admitting, she too became insulted. Finally, after 4 hrs the manager finished my nails. She was visibly shaken by their inexperience & unapologeticunprofessionalism. I had to explain the difference between oval & almond shape. Pride to a fault is common in Vietnamese nail salons, they don't understand the concept of customer service or professional development. When the customer is happy you make more $$ @cherrybloosom_18 can teach them a few things about good business attitude.

Got a really bad infection from this place, never got what I actually asked for, plus my nail artist was incredibly rude. Stay away unless you want a large medical bill.

customer service sucks! i was argued with about a color, not only was she condescending but beyond rude. everyone was leaving dissatisfied and it’s truly upsetting and disgusting. i will never again be visiting this salon
Requested style: requested a light pink told me no would look awful but then did clear. i do not understand why she would argue with me in the first place especially as a PAYING customer

This is the 2nd time my mom and I have made appointments to get our nails done at the same time & Linda schedules us one after another instead. Once my mom realized I wasn’t going to be seen, she wanted to leave. Her nails had not been painted, yet she was charged for a FULL manicure!!! Horrible service!!! I will never go back!!!

Second time around here , was even better my tech was panda and she told me that she loved to do stiletto shape nails and she absolutely killed it. First time getting a pedicure, all white toes gel . And I received a wax for my toes the wax could have been better and not rushed but overall I will be back on my birthday to celebrate new nails and color .

Not very friendly. When nails were not done correctly and asked for assistance, they were not pleasant about assisting me. Although they eventually did fix my nails, they were not very nice about doing so and a little rude as well.

The sweetest girls. Yen is so sweet and anna takes her time with you. She is great for french, designs, and long nails. Cute grey vibe going on inside the salon. Cash only though which is annoying
