I spoke to Joe at JV Auto repair and was able to schedule a follow up appointment the next day to look at my friends Jetta who was scheduled to travel back to Texas although her AC was not functioning correctly. JV quickly identified that the new compressor from Napa was defective but still under warranty. I returned the defective unit back to Napa for a full refund and opted to replace it with a new unit from the dealership. JV installed it that same day and I was up and running without issue. Nice work on identifying the root cause and resolving in short order. Great communication and service at a fair price! Respectfully, Artie

Work was performed by professionals with zero issues. The price was extremely fair and didn't change. The quality of the parts were top notch. The car was done before it was promised. The oil light was reset, and they added a nice reminder sticker on my windshield. I will be back again and again. Thanks Joe and Team.

JV Auto did a fantastic job of repairing my Buick Enclave after the previous dealership misdiagnosed my AC system. JV Auto was courteous, prompt, detailed and most importantly prevented me from paying for an AC compressor that was clearly not needed. Definitely would highly recommend them.

My neighbor suggested I go here because my low tire pressure light was on. Very nice workers. They added air to all my tires. I offered to pay and they said no. I will be taking my car back if/when it needs repair.
