This was my First time going to a tax person vs. doing my normal online and my experience was great! Kibibi was very pleasant and welcoming. Jennifer was very patient, helpful and Answered all my tax filing questions with detail! Will definitely be coming again next year :)

I visited Jackson Hewitt today after trying to do taxes on turbo tax myself and having my return rejected. I was helped by Kibibi Abdu who was amazing. She quickly identified the problem corrected it. I had 3 different state returns and she handled that with ease and quickly. I would 100% recommend.
