I had scheduled a tax prep service and was blown off by the tax preparer. I get there 10 minutes ahead of my appointment time, check in, and wait outside (because the door was locked). After standing outside for upwards of half an hour, I call Jackson Hewitt's corporate line, who can't get a hold of the tax preparer despite them seeing my reservation and stating that "someone should definitely be there".Feel free to book your tax services with them if you feel like wasting your time.

This location filed a fraudulent tax return and I am still dealing with the IRS consequences two years later. Terrible customer service. Avoid Jackson Hewett.Edit: the response below gave me the number to their automated and unhelpful customer support line. If you'd like to be frustrated while talking to a computer, that's the number to call. So my review still stands.

This was my first time doing my taxes with Jackson Hewitt and I went to location at 1612 Newport and I was amazed by how well I was taken care of and treated with respect, professional services and I was treated as if I was with a friend, everything was open and honest we had a great conversation while my information was being handled you should be very proud to her working for your tax services I will be returning next year and I just hope she will be there too very caring person just tell her Ms.Jones said Thanks.
