Stole my grandmother's three coats- a Sable, mink and fox! So sad because she was their for over 40 years. Unfortunately, the employee was not interested in hearing me.The owner spoke with me in May 2020 and again in July 2020 to confirm the location of my items at their Delaware vault. However, the worker insisted my coats were destroyed in Phila riots in March 2020. Make it make sense. I would like the owner to contact me to resolve. Unfortunately, I have to file a complaint with the BBB and Insurance Inspector General for insurance fraud so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I have always loved the unbelievable selection and range of products they have available. I love to try on all the coats when I'm there to drop off or pick up something! Everyone is really nice and they always take care of any problems I may have immediately. Their sales are great! I highly recommend them!

Please Please Please, don't buy from this company. I brought a full length ranch mink from them. I had place it with them for care and storage each summer thinking I was doing the right thing. I was told it would be in a air condition volt for storage. Well that's not true they just want to charge you for holding your coat...keep it at home! They had a fire and suppose all coats were damage and they did not pay a dime. This company collected the insurance money and reopen their store. There was not a call made I called to pick up my coat and was given the run around, they did not have the decency to call me. When I finally did get through they told me see my home insurance. I can not believe I trusted them. With all that is going on and a cancer diagnosis....I am crushed....Please don't buy from them. They should not get 1 star.

Incredibly disappointing. I fell in love with a beautiful fur coat at their Wayne location, which fit perfectly except needing one small alteration. I paid $4,000 down on an $8,000 coat - no small amount of money - and when I went to my fitting, not only had they sold the original coat I fell in love with, but they remade a coat that was a completely different style and way way too big. They said they would fix the coat and were apologetic, and I gave them three more fittings to try and get the coat right. I just had my final fitting 6 months after the initial interaction and the coat was still too big, the hem was not even, one sleeve was longer than another, the lining hung out from the bottom, and the fur looked like it had been messed with too much to the point it was no longer beautiful. I'm very disappointed that they sold the coat that I had actually put $4,000 down on and tried to pass off a completely wrong coat to me. Be very careful of their negligent and deceptive practices.
