Saquan did an amazing job helping out my girlfriend and myself with picking out an engagement ring. The first time we there had explained and showed to us the various cuts of diamonds until my girlfriend found the one she wanted. After leaving he made the process easy by emailing me and adding the ring to my wish list. He did a great job!

Absolutely amazing service. My husband bought my engagement ring 17 years ago here, and since then we have bought plenty of jewelry pieces including our wedding bands. They stand by their service (we drove over an hour away to get our rings cleaned & inspected annually), and I've received so many compliments on the quality of the diamond on my engagement ring and custom matching wedding band. Highly recommend Ms. Cheryl and her team!!

Saquan was the first person I encountered when I needed to have my black stone put back on my band. He was an absolute pleasure, helpful, and insightful. Davina, Kelvin, and the Assistant Manager Gregory were so very helpful when Saquan was not working. This is such an amazing team and they were able to help me resolve my issues. Very happy with this store! Will be back and hopefully they will still be there to assist me again!
