I was followed by a female sales associate around the entire store as if I was going to steal something when I reported it to the manager, I was brushed off. I asked for the corporate number and he gave me a number to book. A hotel? Worst service,i have ever seen.

My sales rep from the Wilmington store ordered the wrong size table for my kitchen set TWICE. I understand mistakes happen, but how does it happen twice? Not to mention that all four kitchen chairs arrived with paint visibly chipped off.

Patreece was an excellent consultant in helping us find the right bed for our needs. She guided us through the process. She was open and honest about the good and bad points in each model. She listened attentively and help us make a choice that made sense. Patreece made what began as a daunting and arduous process into a complete joy. I recommend speaking with her if you want to notch service.

I am in sales, so I can appreciate the need for follow up and the constant art of providing information to customers frequently during their visit, but I will NEVER go to this store again. It’s a shame, I had a few thousand dollars to spend yesterday.
Yesterday, my girlfriend and I maybe spent 30 minutes in the store with every intention of spending more time… We were polite, respectful and made it clear we just wanted to look around ourselves a bit, and we would let the team know if we needed a quote or anything specific.
Out of respect, I will not name our sales rep, but she lurked around corners following us the entire time, and “checked in” about 75 times while we were in the store….It was so overwhelming, and it pushed us out the door…. I get it, you need to make commission and you are just trying to do your job but it was out of line.

Ordered recliner to be delivered last Friday, my husband passed on Thursday night so wanted to delay till following week. Called store was told it was on the truck. They said they would deliver on the 19th. Today they called to say they couldn’t deliver the 19th because it’s not in stock. Now I just want to cancel.

When I came to this store Patreece Clements greeted me and she was so accommodating. She was very friendly and patient with me. I would definitely return backs to this store. unfortunately I did find something less expensive and the delivery charge was cheaper at another store.
