Continue to constantly be a customer here! Family business! So glad whenever something is wrong w my tire they always take me right away. Where most businesses try to sell u new or extras. Never does. Have been having problems with my cadillac since I bought it with tires. He always fixes them n he is so cheap w his prices it's unbelievable. Always perfect when I leave. I just wish he did more than tires. Cadillac tried to tell me no oil change till I get new tires cause I need them desperately. He said defitely not n that was 2 years ago Cadillac told me I need tires no tread. He n his people are the BEST!

What a great place! Stopped in looking for just a price. They were able to quote me and put my new tires on in about 30 minutes. The price was wonderful and the fast service was not expected. Other local places were much higher and I had to schedule an appointment for days out. Thanks J's Tires! I will be sure to recommend you!

Great service, fair prices, and great staff! Went to get one tire and they gave me a deal on 2 since I shredded one and the other was soon to go… I was literally there for less than 30 minutes and would highly recommend! Family has been going to this business for some time now and very satisfied with their services.

Just made a delivery to the Marine Depot. Stopped here because of the reviews. Guess I was the unlucky one this time. Sign says they close at 6P. Got there at 515P. I'm a hot shot out of Texas but I'm from Philly. Door was locked and the older gentleman ignored my knock. The young Hispanic guy inside was trying to be inconspicuous but noticed I was at the door. He begrudgingly came through the garage and asked one of the part time guys to ask me what I needed….”tires maybe?” The gentleman answered my questions but they didn't seem like they wanted to help. I was prepared to purchase a pair of tires for my truck and tires for my hot shot trailer. Guess I'll have to go closer to mom’s house in Elkin Park. Hope this doesn't happen often.

I have been going to these guys for years and they never disappoint. I usually buy tires from tire rack who drop ship them to J's. They always do a great job and are very quick. I remember one time I pulled up in the parking lot and both bays were full so they came out and jacked my car up in the parking lot and put my new tires on. It was like a NASCAR pit stop!??Joe and his guys are top notch. Keep up the great work!?

I worked for Joe in my younger years. I learned a great amount of knowledge from the man. Joe inadvertently taught me how honest work practices along with honest sales, being respectful to customers and responsible for making sure they left the shop in a safe vehicle (with clean white walls/raised white letters) allowed him to never really need to be concerned about advertising. As far as I know to this day I don't believe he still hasn't had to do any advertising. To be in business as long as he has and NOT NEED to advertise, well that speaks volumes about the kind of man he is and the business he runs. So if you need new/used tires, an alignment, tire repaired or brakes done. Give Joey a call and know you're in good hands!Bobby B.

20/10 experience! Realized I needed new tires asap with all the snow lately. Super responsive and promptly returned my VM. They had tires in stock and had my car finished in like an hour. Plus was at least $100 less than everywhere else I got quoted.

Had set of 5 tires and wheels installed on my Jeep. Was fast and reasonably priced. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Went there a few years ago to get my tires looked at and the service was awesome. Came back a second time to purchase two tires for my vehicle and it’s two months later and I need more tires. After some riding on these used tires I see now they look like slick racing tires with tread. I partly blame myself for not checking behind them when I purchased the tires. But at the same time if I’m paying for a service I would expect that the people providing service could look out for my best interests and put some decent tires on my vehicle. But now I have to take my business elsewhere. In the end they are used tires and I paid for what I got.

This is business is being incredibly stupid right now. They are doing the dumb CDC cult nonsense; seeing people one at time, making people wear masks, all that dumb fake political garbage. To be this gullible at this time, knowing that the government has been lying about this for 3 years, is just plain stupid. Stop playing around with this cowardly way of doing business and run it normally. This is the dumbest most counterintuitive way of doing business and if this how you continue to do it, everyone has every right to boycott your business. J's Tire is a classic Delaware business. Don't just give in fake media when you yourself know that its not real and terrible thing to do to our already plummeting economy.

Heavy set bald man has nothing better in his life to do than yell at a young kid who had only driven for a couple months at the time. The kid wasn’t sure how to properly pull into the garage, so he drove very slowly and cautiously but was off the lift by a little. Instead of helping the kid, the guy was dropping the f-bomb and and telling him to do better when he comes into his shop. After that he had an attitude the whole time. Worst customers service ever, should’ve just left as soon as he started yelling.

The older gentleman was helpful and pleasant but the guy Mike had a complete witch attitude towards his coworkers and customers, telling me how stupid everyone who goes there is because they don't pull in and immediately park where he thinks they should, amongst other choice words. They only had one tire my size, which had no more tread than the tire I just had blow out, but still charged me the same $50 as they would any of their "good" tires. With all the other choices, I wouldn't recommend this shop.
