had a terrible experience there never go back there ever again. I called customer service after I had left and complained about what happened and the lady told that she would call me back the next day and never did. that's a company that doesn't care about any customer service or satisfaction. all they want is to steal your money. go somewhere else to get car service. it's obvious that they don't care.

Joe and his team of guys helped me get a tire that they didnt stock in house and got me back on the road within 30 minutes. Super nice guys and extremely helpful making phone calls all over finding a rare tire!!

Highly recommend!!! Shelby was very helpful and friendly when I called. They are open until 7 on weekdays, later than Mavis and Campanelli‘s. They were able to fix my punctured tire soon after I realized that it was flat. They also offer a warranty on the punctured tire they fixed for the life of that tire. The mechanic who helped to plug my tire was also extremely helpful. Great customer service. I will definitely use them again in the future!

Recently had all 4 of my tires replaced as well as my tire pressure monitors. My experience could not have been easier, all the guys there were very professional and friendly. Will definitely be returning.

Joe is amazing. I’ve been coming to Just tires since I moved to Delaware 3 years ago. They take care of all of my car needs and If they can’t they’ll refer me to a trusted mechanic who can! Joe is always willing to answer any questions I have and always has a pleasant attitude! The shop is honest and the prices are reasonable!

Got my car towed from triple aaa to just tires. When I got there they were closing in an hr but very fast and honest on a price for my messed up tire and rim. Very fast too they said it would be done by lunchtime tomorrow. Rob is amazing and very helpful. Highly recommend

3 months and 6,000 miles later and tire still on the car without any issues!
One star only because I can’t give them none. Went out for lunch when I got back in the car and drove off, got an alert that my tire was going flat drove less than half a mile to Pep Boys. Pep Boys, unfortunately did not have the proper tool to lift my car up because it’s a Tesla. They graciously filled up my tire and told me to go two stores down to just tires. I pulled in to just tires and explained to the fine gentleman that my tire was going flat. I believe it was a slow leak. He walked outside and looked at the tire. And said. you drove this on a flat you see that ring around your tire in the middle of the tire wall. That means the tire has to be replaced. It can’t be repaired. I said sir I just need a repair. I don’t want it replaced. He told me I can’t do that. Department of Transportation says I have to replace the tire. I said that’s not true I just want a Repair he says I won’t do it. I departed, the sad thing is the average person would have believed him and spent the money. I drove 40 miles to my local tire repair shop Oxford Goodyear and they put a plug in it. So do not go to this just tires on krikwood hwy they are thieves and liars. They only want to take money. I understand a business is in the business to make money, but to lie and cheat to try to get extra money from a customer shame on them, these people they’re liars and thieves stay away from them. Oh, and Oxford Goodyear didn’t charge me for the plug.

Highly recommend!!! Took my car right in and did a free check before doing any servicing! Very polite and friendly to work with not to mention their facility was extremely clean.

Had a leaking tire and was given a recommendation to get it plugged elsewhere (their corporate policy prohibits them from plugging for whatever reason) instead of paying to replace the tire since my tire had a lot of life left in it. I very much appreciated the honesty of the service manager (Joe). They also put on new hubcaps for free. Even though they didn’t make any money off me today, I’ll be more likely to go back in the future because of their honesty.
