It only works if you lack biotin. Which I do not, I wanted thicker hair. I should have done my research..My bad !!! When you try to return the product, there is a 35% restocking fee. Money back guaranteed is false advertising. I really hate when companies hide the real return policy. Please, before you buy, look at the return policy..I'm trying to stop my monthly orders but, no luck so far. Paying $60.00 for one month supply, you're expecting results after 3 months. If you lack biotin, this product should work, fingers crossed..

the best thing about this product is that it is natural, at least you know what you are taking. I am scared of taking anything chemical honestly because its not worth it !
