Only reason to visit kohl's is to return Amazon items. Even with there discount for returning items I still won't buy there overpriced merchandise. The check out experience is among the worse I've ever seen. Always a long line and that is a major turnoff

This store always look like it’s days always from going out of business, there is enough empty space in this to open to open a WaWa, complete with the gas pumps.

I had to get a present for a special someone and I was successful. My only complaint would be the self checkout nazis at the self checkout. Like people go to self checkout so they don’t have to interact with anyone and now your stalking hovering by watching me swipe my stuff? If you’re so worried then don’t have a self checkout.

Beware of Sephora- I usually enjoy Shopping at Kohl's Kirkwood Hwy- but I bought a gift from the Sephora section not knowing it was " not returnable" according to the manager-Eventhough it was new and unused...I'm questioningShopping at this store now?

Kohls Kirkwood is one of my “go to” places for clothes! This is one of the better Kohl’s stores, well managed, kept tidy, clerks are pleasant at checkout. I get great deals with their sales, especially if you have a Kohl’s charge card/rewards. Highly recommended Kirkwood Kohl’s!
