This front office yells people’s names from their desks. So unprofessional. Despite having an appointment, using the text message option to stay in your car when the phlebotomist is ready, we still waited an hour for bloodwork. Not enough seats in lobby for my 82 yo mother to have a seat. Please do better!

Disappointed. I wish I could leave no stars. I’m 30 weeks pregnant I have a script for my 3 hour glucose test on the website it says in red 3 hour glucose tests are performed on Saturday at 6 am. So I got here at 5:30am waited and checked in at 6 it was 626 and still wasn’t called back so I went up to the front to talk to the receptionist and she was nothing but rude saying I couldn’t get this test done today. I told her they need to update their website. She was nothing but rude to me. when I did my 1 hour test last week the lady was very sweet drawling my blood and I asked her if I can walk in Saturday to get my 3 hour if I don’t pass this one and she said yes if I’m here by 6am. So I don’t know why this receptionist would give me such an attitude. I work in the medical field also and would never speak to a patient like how she talked to me this morning. I will never be coming back here again. Don’t forget to update the website, and you should really look at who you hire for the front desk because being negative and rude to patients is not good for the business.

I have never had a receptionist be so impatient and unkind to me. Will definitely definitely be going to a different location from now on.

9/18/24 at 11:40am i walked in to ask the receptionist a question about my upcoming appointment for Monday and today is Wednesday. The receptionist quickly told me she had alot of people before me, and to check in on the kiosk. I informed the receptionist that my appointment is not until Monday, and I was told by my provider to pick up a kit? This young lady gave me so many excuses why she couldn't help me i walked out ,and called my PCP office to ask for guidance with this situation. My Pcp office wanted to refax my order's over but online their is no fax number so I had to walk back in ask the same young lady for help again . She quickly answered while my doctors office was on the phone "she said yes it is", then she pointed down to the counter at the phone &fax numbers. I'm really not looking forward to going here Monday 😕 but all the other labcorp are booked for fasting labs 🤦🏾♀️

I scheduled an appointment to get a drug test for a new job for 12:15 PM. I didn’t get brought back until 1:00 PM!
I was going there on my lunch break, so time was very important. This place took zero care of showing any sort of haste.

My familiy has a long history with Labcorp. Bills always paid on time, multiple excellent insurance policies. Nonetheless, a family member was recently refused care at this facility because there was a $35 charge in our account that would have been covered by insurance if Labcorp had submitted the claim correctly. If we weren't required to use Labcorp services via contract with our insurers, we would avoid Labcorp altogether. AVOID LABCORP IF YOU CAN.

There is no customer service at all. There is no way to talk to a person in advance of going to the location. There is no way to get questions answered without being an internet sleuth. There is no way to know the cost of things without knowing technical procedure codes in advance. I'm not a physician and I'm not an insurance expert. The process of getting tests done here is representative of everything that is wrong with the medical system today.

This Labcorp site is horrible. In addition to long waits and rude service at the front desk, the place does not look very clean and the technician who took my blood was ranting that she was "all out of the good needles" as she went from station to station looking for a different needle. She was also fairly rude and I just did not feel comfortable having any sort of medical work done there.

Today 3/28/2024 I visited this place and I want to give my opinion that the nurses put the Patient's Name on the blood tubes in front of the Patients that one sees doing it…. I felt insecure because I got a girl who obviously had NO experience. The computer showed that I had to fill 2 tubes of different sizes and in the end they had to fill 3 tubes because the girl had taken a tube that was NOT for the exam. that I needed, they took extra blood, very irresponsible, then she had to call her partner because she could NOT extract my blood. I also did not see her place the stckers that the computer throws into the urine sample and the blood tubes. She had a disorder in the room where they treat you / As patients you have to be careful, they can have blood confusion with other people because there are nurses there who only distrust and don't even know what they are doing... From now on when I have to go back there I will take a photo of the nurse to see that you are doing your procedures wrong ?

Came here for a scheduled appointment at noon. Waited an hour, nobody even acknowledged me or called my name. Terrible experience. I'll be going to a different location going forward.

I walk in to do a urinalysis and they tell me I have to wait for all the appointments to be done first to get my piss test done. They moved so slow in there I couldn’t wait.. they need more staff and faster people working there because of hat makes no sense. Today is 3/21/24 look at the staff who worked today and write them up for how slow they move/ I really rate this location 0 stars
