The phlebotomists here are definitely not trained to do their job well. I chose this Labcorp for my pregnancy related bloodwork, and every single time they did a terrible job. They make multiple pricks in an arm, cannot find the right vein and then switch to the next arm to do another round of digging and multiple pricking. They bruised my arms EVERY SINGLE TIME. Avoid this place at all cost!

Delayed service, I had a appointment and still I had to wait for around 40minutes before I was called for the appointment, so frustrating to keep waiting.

I’ve been going here for three years. I don’t know if staff has changed or if training has changed, but I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. This never happened to me before going to a LabCorp anywhere. It is extremely painful and bruised. A month prior to this I went and had labs done at a different LabCorp and I never had this.

Malicious incompetence: they'll throw your standing orders out without telling you they're invalid, but you'll think your doc sent a valid standing order in because they still draw your blood one time for it. You come back next time only to wait through the line for them to tell you smugly with an attitude that they threw your paperwork away because of one reason or another. Absolutely ridiculous that they think it's OK to waste your time like this.

Dekeia is the best to ever do it! Absolutely amazing, professional staff member. An asset to this location. Dekeia was the only person present and was able to help each customer waiting efficiently and effectively. I had to let her supervisor Ramona know as well. Thank you for making my appointment this morning seamless and painful.

Chyna is the best phlebotomist I have ever had. I normally passt out from blood draws in my arm, and Chyna was so kind and took it from my hand so I did not pass out. She is quick and efficient. I wish every phlebotomist was as nice and amazing as her! Thank you so much again for making something I have a fear of not so bad!

Overall the staff treated us very well. Online check in so the process is very simple. Very clean and neatly maintained in the office as well as the restroom. We came on Monday morning at 9am. We given here blood work.
