I went for a walk in. There was no customer waiting. The three workers were laughing and talking with each other and said they are doing appointments only because they close in 30 minutes. Again there was nobody there and I doubt any was coming. One of them could have taken me.

Dealt with someone at the check in desk today I have never seen before at this location. Did not even look at me during the entire interaction and acted miserable. I suggest getting a different job if you dislike yours so much that you have to exude that attitude to patients.

Very nice and friendly staff, but don’t bother to make an online appointment or you’ll end up in line behind walk-ins.

Typically a great small Labcorp site - less busy, less crowded, prompt. However i was just declined checkin service at 1322 - they close at 1330. I had my lab order, ID, and insurance card. The person actively checking in in front of me (the only other visible client) had none of those items ready, and was actually trying to fax them over at that instant. I was politely referred to a location several miles north. I was on foot at the time...so, overall, not a good experience this time.
In fairness, the staffing acuity might have been that one individual at the time I randomly happened by this friday afternoon. And perhaps overtime is not (but should be)allowed for these types missed patient service opportunities.
Or perhaps this site could re-evaluated to offer slightly longer working-weekday hours, given its convenient location a jacket to a large medical complex (without lab techs onsite in that building)? And given that another potential client walked in just after me - someone who was also presumably turned away. #service #TGIF

I have gotten quite a few tests done at this facility and always have a good experience. But a couple weeks ago I was really impressed with how patient and kind the workers were. I had chemo years ago (no port - biggest mistake) and my veins are scarred and it is sometimes very difficult to get a good stick that flows. The lady tried a couple times and couldn't get enough blood to flow, then got someone else to come in and help. They were able to get it. I am pleased with their approach and their skills. I know I am trouble when I come in, some days worse than others (if I forget to drink enough water the day before), but I can count on this team doing a good job and maintaining a professional demeanor.
I find everyone I encounter there to be pleasant, and the wait time is usually minimal (but I do typically try to make an appointment which helps).

I never make an appointment. I walk in, scan my id, follow the prompt, sit for a while and get called. I have my paperwork and id in hand. It's completely flawless and simple if you have your stuff together. Not being a dbag and having what you need and covering your bases makes life easier, not just here but in general.

The staff and phlebotomists at this LabCorp location are great! They are patient, kind, thoughtful and want you to feel as comfortable as possible. I am someone who is very apprehensive towards the whole process of getting my blood drawn, but I feel very taken care of here. They make the entire process as painless and efficient as possible. I travel a bit farther to this location given the positive reviews and my positive experiences to date and plan to do so going forward!

I always have a positive experience getting bloodwork done here but do have one complaint. Please offer me a regular bandaid or at least a different kind of tape, the stuff you use nearly rips my skin off and leaves a terrible mark.

The absolute fastest and most seamless, painless blood draw I have ever experienced in my life. Lots of folks waiting who didn’t seem to make an appointment in advance… definitely make an appointment before u go
