I was the ony person in the Pike Creek Office waiting room. The two women behind the desk talked to each other CONSTANTLY and gave the distinct impression that it was I who was interrupting their conversation and I was a distraction to their day. The Tech asked me \\\"Which arm?\\\" while she focused her conversations with the receptionist located IN THE OTHER ROOM. I was not there for pleasantries but this Tech was just rude. The draw was fine but her irritated attitude toward a patient was inexcusable. They BOTH need some serious public relations training.

I was the only patient in the Pike Creek, Delaware office, when I arrived on time and said good morning. The two women behind the desk blatantly ignored me as they continuously discussed their work problems. The ignoring was obvious, extended, and palpable. The ONLY words irritatingly spoken were "Go to Room 1." During the blood draw, the Tech's attention was COMPLETELY focused on her conversation with the woman in the other room. Virtually zero interaction with me as a person getting a needle stuck in my arm. I got the distinct sense I was interrupting their day and conversations. The draw was fine, but they both exhibited a grade of "F" in their rude, unprofessional interaction with a patient. I left saying nicely, "Have a good day." and they acted as if I grew two heads. These two seriously need some training in public relations.

I had blood drawn Friday Nov 10th AM at this location. The nurse assigned was the most unprofessional representative I have ever experienced. She barked my name to cometo the counter, did not engage in any conversation, took my papers, banged away on keyboard, barked go to room 1, “which arm, make a fist/this wi be tight”. That was all that was said. No pleasantries, no conversation. One jab - withdrew the blood (i assume - as i won’t look). The next day, and multiple days to follow, i developed a huge purple blood bruise at the withdraw site…. I presume she went through the vein or something… Was not a professionally handled experience at all.

Besides the insane wait times the service is generally okay it just depends who you get most of them are sensitive to my needs but every now and then they are really rude. Also they need to extend their hours to include Saturday they used to and idk why they ever changed it.

I have been to many places like this but not like this one. The woman at the front was very RUDE upon the request of ASKING for a mask. I asked for a mask.. not an attitude.. I understand you might not "give them out anymore" but be a little nicer about it. I also want to mention there is only one check in machine so if you're coming at a busy time.. just don't come.

Don’t go towards the end of the day. The tech was obviously irritated that I showed up 30 minutes prior to their closing time. She rushed through taking my blood. She was not gentle in any way. It was actually painful. I have blood drawn every 3 months and have never had an experience like this. When I got to my vehicle there was blood dripping down my arm. It took 5 days for the puncture to heal.

The 5301 Limestone Road location in Wilmington is terrible. Patient privacy is of no concern to the staff and twice in the past the tech put the needle through my vein when drawing blood. My son recently visited this location (unknown to me) and he had the same terrible experience.

Today was my first time at this location. I was a little nervous hoping I had brought everything needed. Well...my lady technician was amazing! Very professional and friendly, I couldn't have asked for anyone better. She was quick and everything was painless. I will definitely come back here again! Looking for this experience too? Give them a try!

Incompetent staff! I dropped off a specimen yesterday & explained to the lab tech that the specimen needed to be refrigerated. Received results in patient portal today that the test was not run because the specimen was not refrigerated. Won't go here again!

I was helping my good friend who is blind to drop off a specimen at Labcorp. We got to this location at 2:25. The sign on the outside Liberty Medical Center says Labcorp open till 3. We went to the office and attendant was locking the door then says to us that we close @2:30. We mentioned about the sign on the building but she didn't seem to care. She suggested we go to another location on Limestone rd. Maybe we should check out their competitor Quest Diagnostics.

I am an 18 boy who isn't very fond of blood test or withdrawals, so i was uneasy getting my blood tested upon entry. All felt fine until I greeted the receptionist who was exceptionally unwelcoming and made me feel strange to be there. My mother and brother came later and the same woman gave them the same distasteful attitude as I received. Her short attitude was negative, unpleasant, and extremely unhelpful.

Just had the best customer experience here. Very compassionate and friendly, quick and painless blood draw. From now on this is the only labcorp location I intend to use!
