Poor service. No one answers the phone, ever and when they do it seems as if they hate thier job. Even branch manager had a poor attitude. I would stay away from Louviers. just a poor customer experience.

I will never be in a hurry to leave the drive through before counting my money. A Cashier short changed me $100.00. She did it just before closing time on a Saturday.I called the bank, and as expected I didn’t get the refund. Hope she put the money into good use. You will not get me ever again. I will try and make sure I will be your last victim.

Have a live person you can speak with and a better online experience. I can never log on to my account. I have an issue every single time I attempt to log on. I have called every branch and I get a machine. I have also attempted to contact them on their web page and it won't even allow me to put in my email address.

The staff are always friendly and accommodating, the office is spacious they provide a nice seating area and have coffee and good reading materials while you wait.

Loan process is totally broken. I went there for a car loan, they verified my credit score with a hard enquiry (700+) and told me I could get a loan, proceeded with documentation for almost a week and then the manager came back saying we cannot give you the loan as history is not too old and I had to scramble at the last minute. The customer service is too bad and the manager does not know how to run the place.
