We recently took our Land Rover to this facility specifically to address a brake issue. Before bringing it in, we confirmed they had the expertise and equipment to handle this type of repair. They assured us they did. After nearly six hours in the shop and a bill of over $900, we were dismayed to find that the brakes continued to squeal—exactly the problem we initially came in for.
When we contacted them about the issue, they promised to honor the warranty and replace the rotors to resolve it. However, despite multiple attempts by my husband to schedule the follow-up service, we’ve received no response. Essentially, we’ve paid $900 and are still dealing with the original problem.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I can't recommend this shop for brake repairs. The lack of responsiveness and follow-through has left us extremely disappointed.

John did great work fixing my car door handle that broke off during the last snow/ice storm. He was quick to replace the handle and was very reasonably priced! I will be back in the future!

John worked on my vehicle to fix my starter . He was able to repair it quickly which I appreciated, however, when he returned my vehicle , the back up camera as well as my sound system no longer worked. He allowed me to bring it back and he tried to fix it. Once done he was quick to state he couldn't fix it and it was not his fault. But I didn't give it to you this way!!!! Now I have to go to the dealer and pay $500 to fix WHATEVER he did !! The absolute WORSE
