We brought our 2015 Land Rover in for what was presented as a leaking issue. Over several weeks, we were billed for multiple costly repairs, including pipe replacement, radiator installation, and engine line work. Despite each repair, the vehicle failed repeatedly—breaking down as we drove it off the lot—and required towing back to the shop three times.
Ultimately, we were told the engine itself needed to be replaced. We believe the shop failed to properly diagnose the issue from the beginning and continued to charge for unnecessary or ineffective repairs. We are now out $5,520 in direct repair costs and over $1,000 in associated towing and rental car fees.

Took weeks to get my car back, told me they worked on BMW’s and couldn’t diagnose a fail vanos solenoid, got charged $800 for them to basically look at my car not fix anything and keep it for 2 weeks.

I own a 2016 Mercedes E400. I needed to replace my front rotors and all 4 brakes. I work at a dealership that owns 7 different brands. But none of those brands were Mercedes. I know a lot of techs that work for us. I got a price for the job from my guys but something inside of me said just get it done by a professionals. I found M-Tech from google and wanted to go and visit them instead of a phone call. I talked to John and he got me in for the following week. It was almost in and out. For the job that was done, I am really happy. I also want to mention that my car has full warranty up to 96.000 miles but anything goes wrong with it, I would stop by and ask John's opinion.

Had somewhat of an urgent problem with my partner’s 08 ML350. As older MB drivers, these cars sometimes require a visit to someone with the right tools. M Tech squeezed us in in 2 days and had the part swapped out the next morning. We recently got the ML and the mechanic who swapped out our part went out of his way to tell us that he used to work on this car! Will return as maintenance needs arise for my E class or my partner’s ML. Great people, local expert shop, very good prices and excellent work! Very satisfied.Service: A/C installation & repair

Did a good bit of research to find the right shop to do the work on my car and it payed off for me. John at m-tech was honest and did great work on my Cross Fire that had been a bit neglected as so far as service. Runs as good as new. Worth the trip from South Jersey. Had I taken it to a Mercedes dealership would have been at least 3 times the price. Thanks guys.

M-Tech had my car for about 2 months. Part of that was because of parts that were coming in from over seas. They did great work on my car. It’s running great, looks great, sounds great, and all that jazz. The cost did not break the bank which was also wonderful. The only reason I couldn’t give five stars was because of communication. Maybe I’m impatient but in the two months my car was there, I just felt like I wasn’t getting great response time receiving information or updates on my car. Otherwise though, very happy with the end result. I’ll take my car back there for sure.

They have had my car for a month and I have only heard from them one time. After dropping it off, I called them a week and a half later to find out what was wrong and to get pricing. They said the job would be done in a couple days. It's two weeks later and not only have I not heard from them, but I've called them two-three times and left voicemails and no one will call me back! This is ridiculous. I've been without a car for A WHOLE MONTH to the day. At least call me back and let me know what's going on. I'm trying to be patient because I know they're busy and I am far from a car expert and I have no Idea how long these things take but when a couple days turns into a couple weeks with no communication? What is going on? I brought it in for a tail light and some seals on the doors. It makes me nervous about bringing it back for other services.
