Horrible customer service. Have bought thousands of $$ worth of items from Macy's over the years and have never been treated as rudely as I was in this store. Incompetent staff and managers. Avoid at all costs.

I have over the years loved MACY’S. Now in the time of not cash/check and go but the computer electronic technology and roboticways of of human beings. Going to MACY for a mattress, when entering the mattress store, mattress galore that a problem in itself picking the right one, if there is aright one. No crowd, great no employees waiting saying hello out loud and walking around the whole store hello hello no answer from no where or no one. After twenty minutes or more help shows up. FACT, sales woma,lady person was wonderful from A to Z. Buy the mattress set delivery date.Now the story begins. Day of delivery I stripped the bed carry both sections of bed down stairs.NO delivery no call and bad business. So many ways to inform paid customer about changes BUT NOT ONE of today’s Technologies was used. 4/5 stars dropped to 2 just because things have turned Business before the customer.Customer must walk through amaze to spend money t

Macys is just awful any more. Their return system is terrible. They seem more worried about making a dollar than doing the right thing for their customers. Today I returned a $12 item from an order where I spent $120 and bought 5 items and used $10 in Star reward money. For my return they only credited me $2 and gave me my $10 back in Star money. I checked and all of my other items could have been bought using the Star money so instead of applying that to the rest of my $108 order I now have to spend this Star money. I plan on reordering one of my items and using the using the money and then returning the other item. Stupid Macy’s. More work for both of us and I’m beginning to despise all of my transactions with your company. I was already frustrated with the 30 day return policy. You are supposed to be a higher class company with customer experience at the forefront. You seem to be having an identity crisis.
