WORST car wash I have ever had!! $35. plus $10 for windows and vacuuming. Took them 10 minutes to wash and vacuum the inside. My car looks like yhe same as when I brought it in. My car doesn't look like they touched the inside. I showed the manger my floor matts were still flithy and he said they don't do mats!! What the heck do they vacuum??!!! I have spots on my car that look like bird poop that I was able to wipe off when I got home. What the hell did I just spend $45. on??!! A drive thru car wash??!!
I live in California and this is what I pay for a hand car wash, vacuuming included, armor all inside and out. Save your money this place is a complete rip off and their work is so bad and they don’t care.

I removed 1 star for the price (not value for money)
I removed two stars because of how the guy (large round guy) handled my car when driving it into the wash. He accelerated very fast and hit the rail. I am not happy about that.
I gave 2 stars because the people who wiped the cars at the end, did a good job. They took care and did a nice job.

Very disappointing day!
Hey John Lawless, hope you read these!
Been going to your car wash for over 20 years.
Well since I got new tires I have noticed my white lettering on my tires have been getting chewed up every time I have the truck washed, I basically have to rewash them every time I go. Saw the manager today and told him what was happening, hoping he could figure out why and work on a solution. This guy said they were “not” messed up here, looks like they were like that prior. I said dude, they are brand new and I clean them all the time. He didn’t believe me and told his crew to stop drying off my car and said “leave and it was nice knowing you” I was in shock! So I cancelled my membership when I got home and will never go back.
I know I am getting older because I never raised my voice or said one curse word, just marked it up as poor customer service, and moved on. I guess I will be hand washing again or find another car wash, there are so many in this area to choose from. 🤪 mostly upset over the disrespect and unprofessional behavior of the manager Danny!
I plan to share this experience with all local friends and family members, lived in this area all my life. Never have been treated so poorly!

Not recommended. Car wasn't vacuumed at all, drips and stains on the car. Windows and mirrors with drips. If i wanted just a car wash I would spend my money somewhere else

I regret giving them business, a car wash fund raiser does a better job. They left dozens of smears, completely missed vacuuming the rear space of the SUV, left the cup holders wet and dirty, all of this for $40, forget about 'em.

Common sense isn't common... As of today 14 APR 2025, they no longer pre rinse your car and wheels. Just run it thru dry to whip all the road grime into the paint, not a lick of brake dust removed from the wheels. For $50mo, no thnx
