The same thing happened with me as did with another customer. I used these clowns as a pick up for my old navy package. NEVER AGAIN! My package was delivered by UPS on 10/28/24. When I told him why I was there he gave me some nonsense about not being affiliated with old navy. I never had any issues with picking up packages at Concord Pike.

Do not use this place !! We paid for something to be insured for a $1000 and paid to wrap and protect items . He took the extra money we paid for above , threw it in a box and pocketed the money and sent it Fedx insuring it for $100 . Needless to say , items arrived broken and trashed .
He said we needed to prove the worth of the items with quotes or paperwork before we sent it. I ship all the time and have never been asked to prove an item worth , that’s why you pay extra for insurance. He’s pocketing money and not doing insurance. Do not use this place !

The owner Steve is a great guy. I have been going there for some time, and have never had any problem whatsoever. He also does a great job with my packages. Also, the location is so convenient.

I appreciate the owner he is very nice and polite in serving his customers, and I love the location it I'd perfect for me because I do have to go out my way. Thank you, Mr. Owner for thinkof the people, especially our seniors who need you the most.

Horrible horrible customer service.. The guy constantly has an attitude as if you're bothering him when you enter the store. He huffs and puffs and says things like ohhhh God under his breath as if no one can hear how rude he truly is. He lost my package and then writes a long drawn out excuse as to why I cant enter the establishment anymore...personally who gives a crap about going to a place where they lose your packages and then turn around and blame the customer....I wasnt planning on going back to the store after the horrific customer service I received anyway. I need to be able to trust that things get where I need them to go without someone trying to shift the blame for effin up

Rep at counter was unpleasant. Business was listed as pick-up location for an online purchase from The GAP. Rep advised that location was unavailable for pick up services and returns to sender if customer does not have a mailbox at location. Advised rep address was located on merchants website and tried to show email of delivery confirmation showing address. After providing tracking number to rep, rep located my package that was received by a front desk employee 4 days earlier. Overall would not recommend doing business as customer service was inadequate, rep alluded that package was refused although tracking information showed that the package was accepted and still in the location 4 days after delivery.

Mail Express has been a life saver for me for my small business. Smooth shipping as always and fingerprint scheduling/appointments have been quick and easy. I highly recommend this place!

Do not use as an access point for package pick up. Owner told me that he does not offer that service even though his business is listed as such. Gave me a hard time to receive my package.
