Amjad was amazing and very knowledgable! Was not pushy by any means! He left us alone and we took our time! He was patient with my husband and I til we finally made a decision to purchase! Knowing it comes with a 10 year warranty made the purchase that much easier! We probably laid on every bed! Thank you!

Big YIKES. Seriously way too pushy. Felt like I was in a stereotypical bad sales pitch. Came in looking for a new mattress and was promised the salesman could beat the price at a previous store. We said our budget and I was assured he had a perfect mattress for us. He took us to the back of the store and seriously had us test it out on the FLOOR. So weird! Then he kept asking us how high we would go over our budget and had us try about 15 different mattresses over our price range. We forgot which ones we even liked at that point and then he kept giving us arbitrary numbers and changing the deal he could give us. At that point, we were very confused and needed time to discuss and he made it clear the deal was only in that moment. Classic scare/emotional tactics. We asked if he could write down his information and he said no he doesn't have anything to write with. Really? You don't have a business card or paper? Contently he had a pen and paper when we were ready to leave. We walked away and 30 minutes later he called my husband asking to make a deal. We felt deceived and uncomfortable. All to say, these business responses to other bad reviews are way strange and we took our money elsewhere to a shop that was not smothering and seemed honest.

We bought a new King mattress and a deluxe adjustable base today. Our sales rep was Amjad and he was very helpful in picking out the best value mattress for our budget. We were very pleased with the service we received. He was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. We felt very good about our purchase. This is the second mattress we purchased from Mattress Firm. Highly recommend!

I truly didn’t know what type of mattress I wanted when I entered the store. I was first greeted by Claudiana who was very helpful. She asked all the right questions and had me lay on several of the mattresses she thought I would really like based on what type of sleeper I am and things of that nature. To be honest, I became overwhelmed with the decision and was going to leave and truly give it a bit more thought. Well, up comes Shamirr who was sitting at his desk listening and watching. He asked if he could make some suggestions based on what he heard me telling Claudiana. When I tell you he really knew his stuff and is really great at his job. I walked out of there with the mattress that I really wanted along with an adjustable base as well. He was right, being able to sleep comfortably is of high priority to me. Because I work 12 hour overnights, it’s very important that I rest well and feel rested. Although, I haven’t had my mattress delivered yet, I’m confident that I made the right choice. Thank so very much. You two are the best!!!
