I can’t say enough good things about Maureen’s! The second I walked through the door, I felt so comfortable and welcomed. Sabrina is incredible, she really listens and always makes my hair look better than I could imagine. I’ve finally found my forever stylist, thank you Sabrina! Everyone there is so kind and makes the whole experience wonderful. I’m so thankful I found this place! ♡

I have been using Maureen's Hair salon for almost 40 years!!!
The stylists are great and they offer more than just hair styling.

My mom had her first appointment with Chrissy for a perm, and we couldn’t be happier! It was our first time at this salon, and the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming. Chrissy was not only kind but also so knowledgeable and attentive.
Since the appointment, my mom has been getting nonstop compliments on her hair! We live out of state, but we’ll definitely be making the trip back just to see Chrissy again. Highly recommend!

If I could give zero stars I would. Maura told me the place changed. Tbh I was there over two months ago Maura warned me not to come but we all know how crazy she can be.

Maureen’s Hair Salon & Day Spa is my new favorite place to get my hair done. I was met with cleanliness and kindness from everyone I encountered. They are hospitable and do great services. I was met with phenomenal expertise by Camryn Nowell. She did lived in highlights with a root. She did an amazing job. I loved the dimension and how natural it looked. It framed my face well and was the perfect color. She is someone I would definitely recommend, and the salon is top notch.

Today was my 2nd haircut with Kim, and I couldn't be happier! The 1st was awesome, grew out nicely. 1st time I've never had to cut something to get to the next appointment. Today's cut/style is perfect. Highly recommend Kim A!
Stylist: First time having a partial foil and style at Maureen's with Kim. Great experience and my hair is fabulous. Kim took the time with the foil & cut to make sure I was totally happy. And I Am! I highly recommend Kim!

Went in yesterday morning to get my hair done while visiting my mom from Southern California. Camille did such a wonderful job on my hair! So meticulous and professional! Extremely personable and friendly as well! My highlights and color are just gorgeous, I’m so happy! Would most definitely come back to get my hair done again by Camille the next time I’m in town . Kim was my stylist and she went above and beyond with my hair. I came in for color and a cut and she worked with me on pricing and what would work best for my budget. It came out better than I expected

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the recent service I received at Maureen's. Despite clearly expressing my desire for a FULL solid blonde bleach out, I left the salon with orange/brassy hair that is nothing close to what I requested, and only got worse as days went on and the toner faded. Despite providing reference images and discussing my expectations, the outcome was a complete disappointment. Nicole, my stylist, failed to deliver the desired result and even though I was clear that I wanted a SOLID blonde, I was left with orange/yellow hair with more blonde tones on the bottom. It's evident that there was a lack of expertise in achieving the desired blonde and in getting the opinions of other stylists, although my hair is naturally pretty dark, Nicole should have noted that and made effort to put more focus at the roots to make sure it blends with the rest of my hair.
To make matters worse, the salon's customer service is equally disappointing. Despite my dissatisfaction and the obvious error in their service, they are refusing to provide even a PARTIAL refund. Instead, they said I can come back in for a correction, but who would want to come back to a place that messed up in the first place? This lack of accountability and refusal to rectify their mistake is unacceptable and has not only left me frustrated, but also forced me to seek out additional treatments to correct the botched result and spend even more money. I would strongly advise against trusting Maureen's with your hair if you expect professional service, let alone fair resolution in the event of a mistake.
