The Spanish women that helped me was amazing! She was very helpful and actually asked what I needed the phone for instead of just tryna give me any old phone and get me out the door like the rude boy at Adams four does. But they have roaches that freely crawl around the store. I think they might work there to Because there were so many. The women kept apologizing to me But it wasn't her fault MetroPCS needs to take better care of there stores and work conditions. DO BETTER METROPCS!!!!

Really bad, a couple months ago my mom bought a phone and after probably 5 hours I try to return the cellphone to replaced for another model and they didn’t even accept that or the phone back, awful customer service there and there’s no way I’m vomiting back there.

The location was empty so I get that the employee was on their phone. I politely asked if she could pay attention as I have had issues with my debit card. She refused to put it down and told me she was paying attention. Normally I dont do this but it is the truth...
