This is my GO TO location! Esha, who is there all the time and works the main counter, is SOOO helpful, informative, and kind. She has helped me numerous times with my phone, from restarts, to plan upgrades, to just understanding my phone features better!! She is GREAT!! And she, is also the reason this is my GO TO location!! 🤗☺️ I've been a Metro customer since the beginning, and have been to many locations, corporate ones included, and have never received service at any as kind and knowledgeable as Esha's!! Thank you, Esha for continuing to make my Metro experience a delightful one!! 🫶🏾

Always a pleasant experience in the store. Never disappointed by the service. Added a new phone line and wifi they both work fantastic.The lady hooked the wifi box to my phone too.

Terrible service two months ago my phone was damaged I went for a new one they gave me a line that I did not ask for and I returned to ask them to cancel the new line they only deceive me that they did it and they don't also increased the price to my previous plan that I have for years.😠

Have been to this location several times and every experience better than the previous. My last visit, Madhu helped me with my account and purchasing a phone. Her service was friendly while getting the job done.

Customer for over a year...screen cracked..stopped in on lunch break...never informed I qualified for a free phone..instead ..hit my bank account for 325.00 before I left the building. Never transferred my data. .Told me to do it myself. Never activated wifi..no code...stopped in repeatedly..too busy ...stop back...she filled out her OWN CUSTOMER REVIEW ON MY PHONE. I AM FURIOUS. TAKING PHONE BACK STOPPED PAYMENT. WOULD LIKE A SUPERVISOR PRESENT WHEN I GO BACK. SCAM ARTIST ON PAYROLL
