Not happy at all.There is one person always in store.They tend to cater for the Spanish population.I asked the lady how long after waiting 30 minutes,she told me it would be 15 minutes more,mind you there is a couple before me,I asked why so long,she told me to be free to go to another store.The nerve,Finally at counter,customer comes back,she does tell him to wait,I waited an hour to get internet;she then tells me not strong in my area,ridiculous.

Business with them or any Metropcs they are the worst!!! Customer care blacklisted our phones incorrectly. Provided receipts and they admitted to blacklisting wrong phone and now they won’t fix the issue!! Trust me stay away from this business!! Cheaper is not always better!!!!!
