I spoke with a customer service agent via telephone earlier this morning who advised me to go in person and speak with an authorized dealer. The store at 3608 Kirkwood Highway, Wilmington, DE was empty other than two associates on duty. I had the misfortunate of dealing with the young lady who obviously did not want to be at work today. The entire time, I'm explaining my situation, she is on her personal phone online browsing. Every questions asked was met with a sense of your disturbing me. She rudely said just buy a new phone, I answered not today, her level of non customer serviced decreased further. I choose not to match her level of ignorance and non people skills. After 30 minutes of wasted energy, I realized she could not do anything for me. I will be purchasing a new phone, but it will be from a company that does not value me. Truly disappointed in the customer services provided by this Metro authorized dealer.

Both of the girls that work there have an attitude, I don’t understand how they still working there. Owner should pay more attention to their employees. Business will go down once they disappoint all customers

Stopped in today to get help with my mother's phone. Super helpful, and I was in and out in no time. Wonderful, pleasant experience.

Worst customer service, both of the girls that work there are absolutely are rude, I went there to buy a sim card to activate my phone at home and they said they couldn't sell it to me because they have to activate it in the store.

I entered the store at 1pm. There were 2 people in line in front of me but both of them were being serviced. There was some racial discrimination that occurred as a Hispanic man came in after us and tried to be serviced before us. The rep never once directed the man to get in line behind us. She never even greeted us. The Hispanic male then just rushed the line as I stood there 7 months pregnant and forced his question upon the rep. It took us 40 minutes to get service. She serviced the Hispanic male first. I felt she was passively aggressive rude. Racial discrimination should be a crime and she deserves to be fired. You watched a pregnant woman and handicapped man stand for over 40 minutes to service a man who entered 29 minutes after us and who had the opportunity to sit down. The employee's name is Tiffany.

The girl there has the worst customer service I came to ask a simple question like you don't talk to you customer like that I would recommend the boss to check on there worker more

I went into the store last week to have an iphone ordered. Went in yesterday to make sure it would be there Thursday (10/20) the girl who was there said she was not authorized to find out if it was ordered, to check back today with Karina bc there were no packages delivered. I have been calling for HOURS with no answer still. What is the purpose of a phone if no one answers?!

The lady doesn’t know to do her job every time I go in she says that I have to call customer service because she doesn’t know how to do anything but take your money I even called customer service and they told me that she could of did it at the store they even said that it’s weird cuz there supposed to do it at the store she needs to be fired immediately she’s incompetent and doesn’t know how to do her job and she’s been there for a while already

Great customer service. Got 4 lines. I would have given 5 but we had some hiccups with the phone service and I had to contact customer service 2x to handle the issues a day after getting service. It would have been nice to know all of the free phones they had at the time and I didn't have to ask. No one likes the Samsung a12 they got but it's free, not complaining much.

They gave my Imei on a brand new IPhone 12 out to crooked people who are harassing me and my family in Wilmington Delaware and It might not be this exact store location but I need to get this out there so people know they can’t trust everyone that works in a store . No one seems to help they just continue to do this kind of harassment through the metro pcs branch that sold me the phone so it’s concerning and I hope other metro pcs workers note this and prevent this from happening to another innocent victim like me

The only reason this location gets 1 star is so i could leave a review to advise you DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. Kashni & Lani have provided the most disgusting, rude, incompetent customer service experience i have ever endured after only having to deal with them bc of the defective device i purchased out of pure confidence after being with Metro for over 8 yrs. To say the least i am disappointed and am cringing at the thought of ever having to come back. I feel threatened & am worried about the erratic behavior that was displayed. STAY AWAY

Not pleased with the company or the customer service. It's been nearly 6 months as a customer. I bought a brand new phone (with protection plan) that appears defective. To date, I haven't received text; can't synch all email accounts; more than 80% of contacts were randomly discharged from phone; apps don't run properly, etc. Despite updates, network resets and more THE PHONE DOESN'T WORK. Customer service center advises me that I'm eligible to get new phone replaced as it's under warranty. I go to store in Newark Shopping Center. They tell me to go to a store in Wilmington. Next attempt at the specific store in Wilmington, I am then advised that the only staff person who processes such transactions is not scheduled that day. I return today according to the schedule given (10 a.m. - 4 p.m.) and woman is off site momentarily... I wait for her return. We discuss matter. She starts the process and then advises that I will receive a refurbished phone plus an added processing fee of $42. NOT SATISFACTORY AT ALL!!! I bought a brand new - defective phone - that has been problematic for at least 5 months - still under manufacturers warranty - with an insurance protection plan. And this is the nonsense you get. I want a new phone that works. That's what I paid for. I want someone from the corporate office to contact me and resolve the matter as requested. I will be following-up.
