I purchased a new machine online. Picked it up in store. The associate was very friendly. We go home later in the evening so I didn’t get a chance to set it up until late the following day. After setting it up I noticed it was making a load noise. So I processed to use it thinking it was just something silly. Nope! The thread would bunch in the bobbin and the wheel not turn. I called the store & Erica whom later let me know she was the manger was so kind and took care of the situation right out. I’m so very grateful as I needed to finish a project for a client overnight. My husband took the machine back right away. She was professional very helpful and really I life saver. The new machine is working fine.

Good proces- remember to search for coupons. Few people work actually there, though! They are pushing the online shopping. Sad!

Michael's website and app aren't working any longer for whatever reason, so I can't use any of my coupons. Staff is baffled too. It's maddening as a business owner myself that I can't get a measly 30% off bc a huge cooperation can't get it together enough after a massive takeover of another unnamed craft store,to have an operating website.

Love this store very helpful, and their employees are well-mannered. Even the teenagers they hired are respectful and cheerful. Michaels always has what I'm looking for, even when I'm not looking.

I love this store. I just wish everything I needed was available on hand in the store at the time of purchase. I made some pretty flowers for my group to wear at a funeral. It's all thanks to Michaels.

Modest selection of craft items. Prices are fair for this area. Lack of cashiers and no bags. If you need something that day, it works. Fabric selection is small. Good for small crafts, but not for real hobbyists.

I don’t often write reviews. I was just in the store and couldn’t help but notice how great the place looked. Items seemed to be well stocked and everything was organized. Like everything. Every section of the store. I came across at least 3 different employees who were attentive, helping customers, a couple asked me if I needed assistance. Very impressed. What a pleasant experience. Keep up the good work!
