I had to wait a few minutes after my appointment time, but not long (maybe 10 minutes at most) and I had a great experience. Everything was clean, the NP was competent and so kind (shout-out to NP Grace!), I got diagnosed almost immediately and picked up my antibiotics right there at the pharmacy. This is one of the best MinuteClinics I have been to.

I had a confirmed appointment on 5/15/23 @9:40 @ 4020 Concord Pike, Wilmington, DE. I checked in at 9:30 like I was supposed to with my confirmation code. No one was there, the hours posted said 8:30-6pm. This is highly unprofessional—you are sick and expect to see someone. No one at the store could help me. I called a number for minute clinic and they didn’t even know why someone was not there. This is a disgrace!
