Unprofessional and misleading ... Owner quotes a price for a used camera body at $300 ... I go back to purchase the camera and an associate quotes a price of $750 for the camera and lens ... I tell the associate I just want the body he still quotes me a price of $750 and says the lens is $300 alone ... I'm no mathematical genius but I know 1 + 1 = 2 ... the same associate the proceeds to tell me the owner quoted me a price of $300 for a broken camera ... Who would sell someone a broken camera for $300 ??!! Very bad experience and I wouldn't refer any friends or family to do business with this establishment!!!
If you want used electronics I would suggest a pawn shop before you go to this place. Truly feel like the associate was trying to pocket $450!!!

Selling used equipment as open box with empty printer cartridge, promised refund and horrible customer responses. Stay away from locally and their eBay store!

I highly recommend not approaching this greedy seller, I bought a digital screen from him, after a long wait the screen arrived broken and not working
I applied to get a refund but I closed the application by mistake and from the moment of closing there was no one to talk to. So I purchased a faulty product that doesn't work and neither father nor mother will take responsibility for it
Highly recommend not to purchase from this seller!!!
I regret the moment I purchased from this seller, after a long wait for a w working product as described I received a defective product that does not work, I opened a return request and accidentally closed it. from this point on I am not treated by the seller who did not even give a refund for the product. Of course I contacted him quite a few times asking for a refund but no answer. I strongly recommend don't purchase from a dishonest and greedy seller and continue to the next seller

Stay away from this seller and do not do business with him at all!I bought a refurbished item that sales as work . Unfortunately, the item arrived defective, the seller refuses to repair it with various excuses, I sent the item for repair at my expense.The item came back to me working and to my surprise all the personal details of the previous user including intimate photos were on the deviceIn order to avoid unnecessary discomfort when your details and private and intimate photos are published online, of course if your privacy is important to you, I suggest staying away- warning

These folks were great first time around for recycling. Great service, nice folks.But now the store is closed. Web site says it's open as of 10/29/22. Oops. Get it right nerds. I went to drop off some gear on the 29th, only to find signs on the locked doors saying the store was closed on the 27th. No other info given. Very frustrating. Hope they come back somewhere soon!

Let me start off by saying I work night shift so majority of the time I’m having to sleep during the day. With that being said, my friend took the initiative to call for me to help me out. When she spoke to them and explained what I wanted done, they said they could absolutely accomplish it, gave her a starting price point and said they’ll be able to give a definitive after looking over it. They informed her it would take up to 48 hours. After dropping everything off on 9/8 I had to call them to get any information. After four days (with no communication from them, me having to call), I finally got the price of what it would cost to get what I wanted done. I gave them the okay on the price and the go ahead. A couple more days pass and I don’t hear anything from them again. I decided to call and they explain they only have one PC “expert”. This person seems to barely ever be at work. They said it was started on so it could be that day or it could be the next day that it’s finished. After a week passes, I decided to make a physical trip up there to see what’s going on. My PC was sitting in the exact spot it was put a week ago, never being touched at all. I was lied to. They told me they agreed it had been up here for a long time so they were going to mark it as urgent, but there was still one ahead of me. On day nine when still nothing was accomplished (except moved to a different spot) I decided to retrieve it and take my PC elsewhere. This shop was nothing more than a glorified storage facility for me and I will never take my business there again.

I purchased a refurbished laptop and had some repairs done to a different laptop and can’t say enough about the professionalism and quality service I received! The staff at NerditNow is competent and committed - I highly recommend!

This place is absolutely horrible! I dropped my laptop off last week and it still has not been fixed! They have a 48 hour turnaround timeframe. Highly unprofessional! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.
