My Husband couldn't schedule and take my car for an oil change, so I had to do it. Everything went smoothly. I was able to make the appointment the next day and I was able to sit and wait for it. Men at the counter were nice to me. I just wish an oil change didn't cost so much.

Terrible service . Manager in front told me 45 min and ends up taking 2 hours . No update or anything. Wouldn’t recommend especially if you value your time .
Multiple people waiting hours to get 1-2 tires changed .
The customer service is just dog water here

Pep boys wanted to charge me 3664.00 to repair a oil leak from the pan and gasket this price was unacceptable I thought they were joking so I've had to take my business somewhere else.

If i could give them -5 stars I would!!! I took my car in for new brakes, and when I dropped it off, it was in great condition. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I should have known something was wrong because they were frantic the second I walked into the office. Said they lost my keys and couldn't find them. When I told them I did not have a spare and that they were going to pay for a locksmith to come out, they "all of a sudden found them." They had backed my car up into a parking spot that was facing Kirkwood Hwy, so of course, because I had brakes done, I didn't inspect the back of the vehicle. Came straight home and parked my car in the driveway until the next day. When I went to go run errands the next day, that's when I noticed all of the damage to my vehicle! I couldn't even open my hatchback (see pics). I called the county cops to make a report bc Pep Boys is closed on Sundays, and I couldn't go back to the shop and ask to speak to the manager at the time. They told me that because after all the retracing of my steps before I dropped it off at this shop, it was most likely backed into a large vehicle while on their lot but they couldn't do anything bc it's state police jurisdiction and they will likely tell me it's a civil matter.
On Monday, I called the shop as soon as they opened and had asked to speak with the manager, but the assistant manager told me he was out for the next couple of days (conveniently). I told him what had happened, and he told me my vehicle showed up for brake service with that damage already there. I ASSURE IT DID NOT! I asked to see the video cameras and was told the manager is the only person who has access to them and told me to call back on Wednesday. I called Wednesday but was told the manager is now out sick!!!! I called Pep Boys corporate and filed a complaint and report. They told me they would look into the matter and get back to me. Wouldn't you know, the manager called me back an hour later and said "I reviewed the video and it shows your car already had that damage to it when I dropped it off and nothing happened while it was in their car". I informed him I've already called corporate, and they are going to request that video.
After several days the woman at corporate called me back and stated "after reviewing the video, it was determined that your car showed up on the lot undamaged and it SHOWED THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN BACKING MY VEHICLE OUT OF THE SERVICE AREA AT A HIGH RATE SPEED AND HIT ANOTHER PARKED VEHICLE ON THE LOT"!!!!!!!!! They paid for my vehicle to get all the body work needed to restore my car to its original condition AND paid for a rental car while it was being fixed. NEVER EVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO PEP BOYS!

Overcharges you for everything , long wait times , front desk worker will lie to make everything seem good , they hammered my rotors would NOT recommend this location at the moment

Thought I has a headlight out.. turned out to be a broken clip that holds headlight.. they got it so I can go through inspection.. but I have to take it to be fixed.. 5 star customer service at this location

1 part of the work they did created a new problem. I have 90,000 miles, they did a "coolant exchange" and now my 2015 Nissan Pickup is overheating.
The new tire install and front brake work they did is very good.

Went for an oil change odd occurrence I had a Groupon thing for a business right up the street from the Pep Boys. After my oil change I went to drive to that business but the Groupon was missing out of my glove box. Did I go home to try to find out what's going on if I left it up by mistake I need to reveal on the computer that it had been redeemed within the past 2 hours. Went back to the Pep Boys about this issue and I was told nobody there would do that.

Honestly, with the auto parts shop shut down next door, my first impression was a little iffy. But that changed immediately as the staff at Pep Boys went above and beyond with their service. Tim went out of his way to hold the door for me. I had a time crunch due to a family emergency but desperately needed an oil change. Ashley made sure to expedite my service, when I could tell they were already busy. You can’t get better service than going to the fine people at Pep Boys!

Took a loose rim and tire in and a rim from a scrap yard to get tire swapped over. I was welcomed right away and taken care of immediately.
