Made an appointment for tires. Got a call as I was about to pull in for the appointment stating they could not take me tonight because they were busy. My appointment was set all day for 4:30pm finding this out at 4:15pm is unacceptable when I’ve already driven 40 minutes for the appointment.

Dirty store, waiting area is roped off. Staff is unprofessional, this store is being neglected and it shows in every aspect. The work i had done was done well, no attempt to up charge was made. But no one is in charge of this location, so no standards are being enforced.

I visited this location Sept 2024 for the full service oil change and tire rotation, which cost just under $100. After the lady behind the desk with multi-colored hair mumbling comments that my 24 Kia should be taken to a dealership, they took my car back. After about 45 minutes, I was given back my keys and told all was completed. Once I got home, I realized they did not rotate my tires, so I had to go back. The same lady was behind the desk and gave me attitude, told me the mechs forgot that part of the service.
Fast forward 2 months, my coolant and wiper fluid ran out. When I called about the second mishap, the attendant told me I must have a leak in those reservoirs and they can't do anything about it. There was one great worker at the shop, a younger girl, everyone else seems to do bare minimum with an attitude and takes no accountability for not completing all of the work.

They get the job done slow as possible.
Stopped in for tires, told they would take it right away so went down the street to eat breakfast and wait. No call after after 1 hour and 45 minutes so walked back over. Surprise car hasn’t moved. Same salesman said yeah, only two techs working couldn’t explain why he said they wouldn’t take it right away as promised and then took 2 hours to bring it back.
Then the alignment paperwork we found in the car after we left showed the car was still out of the recommend alignment ranges. Nobody brought this up at checkout. Also they asked to checkout about 15 minutes before the car was done, perhaps to look better in the system. Seriously 4 hours of waiting for tires and an alignment . Very disappointing.
