“I LOVE this place for giving my dog a bath. I don't go often (she usually gets a dry bath), but both times that I went, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made sure to show me everything (as a newbie), and helped to get the water to a good temp, got towels and soap ready, etc. They even gave me help with finding a product for helping to keep my dog's teeth clean. They also have a lot of natural products, which I like. Highly recommend.”

“It’s the best coziest amalgam of anything you need for your pet! There are kitties inside for adoption and they have almost every kind of cat or dog food on the internet. They have specialty brands from Hills Science diet, except those that need a prescription. They also have all kinds of raw and freeze dried foods and the occasional vendor assistant physically there with information and free samples. The bird food is fresh and cheaper than a specialty bird store, sometimes they run out of bird seed. They also have a long wall full of multiple kinds of leashes, collars, and coats for cats and dogs. Some cat houses and dog beds, too. So, more specialty items and better quality items than a large pet box store would have. Highly recommend!”

“Love this store. We get all our dog and cat food here. They offer a free bag of food from Elms Brand, every 12 we buy. Costs are higher than the chain stores for all other things, but there are always employees asking if you need help. Oh and they have free samples, once in a while, for pets too.”
