They have great sales, especially on pet toys. Many pet foods to choose from for cats and dogs. You have to be careful of expiration dates, or taped up torn bags in bagged food. You have the option to donate a can to pet shelters, and you can adopt a cat too.

I purchased a fire mouth Cichlid on 8/1/24. It died shortly after I purchased it. Unfortunately, I got a severe case of Covid and waited extra time before I went out not to give anyone the virus. I went to pet supplies plus today to get a credit because I was going to purchase another fish and a very rude manager said I had 14 days, and after that, there was nothing that they could do. So for seven to $10 they lost a customer. Their customer service is truly horrific. The woman had black curly hair. I didn’t catch her name, but she was rude crude and couldn’t care less that I had Covid . I caution anyone who wants to buy any fish from them to do it elsewhere go to Petco or Frags to fishes even PetSmart but do not ever purchase any fish from this place. Their customer service is the worst and I’ve been around for 70 years, I will never go back there for anything . If they’re that hard up for that kind of money to lose a customer, they don’t know what customer service is and don’t deserve to be in business. Every other place, I purchased fish from if you take the fish back with a receipt they take care of you immediately this is the only place that doesn’t do that and put a time limit on the Fish. So go somewhere that gives you a guarantee on your fish this place sucks 👎👎👎👎👎 if you buy fish here and they don’t make it past two weeks, your SOL. Don’t buy any fish here because if they have a big batch of fish, it’ll be on your dime. They make no exceptions for returning Fish after 14 days.

I’ve taken my dog Tink to Paige for a few years now and will not take her anywhere else. Paige is an incredible groomer and my tink always looks perfect. Tink also used to have a fear of getting groomed which is no longer a problem and she walks in to get groomed with no issues. I’m always happy with my experience.

PLEASE READ!!! I usually don’t do reviews but this one really needed to be said. First I have been coming here for years I have over 10 pets. I have to say Jason the manager is very friendly and personable he’s very engaging and most of the staff there is friendly. My issue is the grooming area. I have gotten my dogs groomed at a few places I like to stay with one but the dog pandemic hit and that put me in a storm to find the right groomer. So I can’t recall how I came to book here but I did and I got Erin. I was very pleased so I continued even started bringing another one of my dogs. Well my issue is she is good at what she does but her personality is horrid and I fee like she thinks because she’s good she is indispensable. On several occasions I have come in and she gives attitude once another young lady booked two of my dogs on the same day well Erin had an entire meltdown. I calmly redirected the situation because she was so off her face was distorted I even said are you ok you don’t even look like yourself. I said don’t let the job stress you. Another time I drop my dog off she upset about something going with her dog so I listen to that and empathize with her. A few times my dogs got dropped off by someone else. This last time I bought one of my dogs and I asked why I didn’t get a return call about another one of my dogs appointments. I was calm and respectful. So she said she would be back and then a manager came acting like she was looking for Erin. So now Erin comes back she says what time do you want your dog groomed on Friday I’m like whenever you can she says she’s off but she’s gonna come in for him. I felt weird but I booked anyway. So I leave and come back I get my slip and pay and come back it’s two other people with her. I won’t go into because I have addressed it with the proper person. But it was a horrible experience and people need to know if you blink wrong or scratch wrong Erin feels like she can dismiss your pet. That irks me because unless I’m being a complete jerk to you then questions come with any service and I know there are other people that have experienced her disgusting attitude and I don’t care how great she thinks she is she should not treat customers that way and I feel like she should be replaced. Because she will lie to save her skin. And I wrote this post because I want to warn anyone who lets her groom your dog beware because she like hot and cold water so I recommend people not use her because you don’t know what way the wind blows with her and for someone who has a dog that doesn’t trust. I say DO NOT even book with her because again shes nasty and miserable and she will very cowardly tell someone else you can’t bring your dog there to be groomed. I’m not upset I just don’t like her manipulating way. Be happy honest and I know for a fact her attitude is well known. I feel like if your all that open your own shop but it wouldn’t last long. So this is really just a warning for current clients of hers and new ones. But I feel like she has enough complaints to be replaced. The other two young ladies are ok now what is said behind the scenes I don’t know. But the young man back there he’s a tad arrogant childish because had to redirect him about his interjections on an Erin situation. So watch him also. Rather long review but most people won’t tell the truth.

I am not sure why there aren't any pet stores closer to my side of town but it's worth it to go all the way up 202. Firstly, they are not as expensive as Concord..by miles. Everyone is very helpful and happy to be there. It has never been a bad experience, great selection of cat food and litter.
I feel as a whole shopping for cats in pet stores is like shopping for men in department stores. There is a good bit of things to choose from but the women's section and dog section take up the majority of the salesfloor. C'est la vie
