When I walked in there was a powerful smell that took my breath away for a second. The service was fast but not as friendly as I thought the guy would be. The prices on the mice are reasonable!!

First time here yesterday, and I loved it! I went with my family here yesterday to buy a hermit crab since my other one died.? The man who was working there was very nice, and now my Bubbles has a good home. Also, the parrot outside was so cute.

Whatever you do----do not buy tropical fish from this store. If I had the room---I would rescue the fish from their disgusting tanks. Very depressing.

The worst pet shop I've ever been in dirty dirty dirty and not a wide selection of bird food very little bird food and the store was dirty , Walked in 3 people working there standing there talking not one person asked me if they can help me for at least 5 minutes. And I would never buy Vita bird food again anywhere.

They have these awesome catnip toys for cats. There's all kinds of different ones about the size of a finger. I'm obsessed with batman n lamas and found both!!! My 2 kitties went crazy for them!!!!

Very kind, helpful and patient staff. The pandemic has taken a slight toll on their inventory but I'm very happy that they are still standing and there to help fulfill our needs for our dog, cat, turtle and fish. They are a neighborhood staple and in my opinion much better than any of those big box pet stores.

Tried this place a few times given it's close, and seems to be privately owned. Cloudy eyed floaters and sinkers rotting in most tanks. Very poor conditions. General awful smell, entire store needs to be cleaned. Service I can't comment on because they are typically behind the counter slowly ringing someone up. I truly feel bad for the fish that are shipped here. I'd rather them ship to me directly. Horrible aquatic section, so disappointing, and even more depressing.
