Came here for the first time in a while to get some cat food with my grandmother and was HORRIFIED to see a wall full of beta fish in take out containers. Half of which, were dead. I understand they are “just fish” but as a pet store you should be promoting proper care for all animals, not blatantly display animal abuse for sale. So many beautiful fish, dead or dying. Won’t be returning for the well being of my mental health because now all I can think about are all the fish I can’t afford to save.

Although I love my dog's groomer, I feel the need to talk about their prices. First, I feel that it's unfair to give a senior discount on only Tuesday! People work! The $5 increase for Friday -Sunday is ridiculous. Today, on the Thursday before thanksgiving, I was charged that $5 fee for the " holiday ". $67 total plus tip.

I’m am currently training my adopted puppy with individual lesson with Pam. They are well worth it. My dog would not stop pulling, even with a prong collar. Within 2 lessons, she is off the prong collar and walking next to me barely pulling.

The cashier asked for my rewards number and said “Nice to meet you, I’m Krystal.”. She’s so nice! I never had a cashier take the opportunity to introduce themself to me.

When I was at petsmart it was with my parents and my brother I had the dog with me okay then one of the cats was scared of the dog and the lady is acting like a Karen saying get the dog away I was looking at her like she was the manager she needs to quit her job before I report her to the cops

There are lots of people who do a great job at their profession without accolades or recognition from their bosses or ownership (not saying that this is the case). What is the case however, is most customers will not hesitate to complain when something’s wrong, but fall short to publicly express their gratitude when there’s a great job done.
Shannon at PetSmart Brandywine groomed our Cavapoo named Stogie, and did an EXCELLENT job! This was our first time getting him groomed there, and we were more than pleased with her compassion and professionalism that she showed while taking care of our little guy. Thanks to Shannon and PetSmart…we will definitely be back!

I took my Havachon Cookie to get groomed yesterday by Leslie. Normally I have Shelby do it, but she was booked. My Cookie had some mats on her legs and some under her belly. She had recently been spayed and had issues with her incision and had to wear a recovery suit for 3 weeks which made her fur a little matted. She SHAVED her everywhere!! It's so short that's it's down to her skin. She's biting and scratching herself so bad. I will NEVER, EVER, EVER return here. I should have waited an extra 2 days and gone to Dogtopia... I was in tears when I got home!!!

Curbside pickup has never worked for me at the Brandywine location. The cutoff is 7pm and my order is never ready before the cutoff time so I have to go inside the store and get the items myself. I believe they put the items to the side and never update the app. So my order always shows processing when it’s ready. The reason why I prefer curbside is because the store is dirty. There’s animal feces on the sidewalk and it gets tracked into the store.
