I’ve been being needled by Greg Robinson at this location for several years. This is enabled me to continue an active life after being in constant pain from my neck. My rheumatologist recommended I try this and it has worked fantastically. I have found the staff and all the physical therapists to be knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. I would highly recommend this location.

I highly recommend this location! Everyone is so inviting and welcoming. My therapist Cyndi has been nothing but a great help! Because of her, I've been able to recover alot sooner than the expected time frame based on the treatment she has provided! When she's not available on the days that I can make it, all of the staff knows my routines so it's as if I don't miss a beat!

After my total left knee replacement in July, II began my physical therapy process with Midway'Plaza's team at Pivot. My experiences have been rewarding. While remaining professional, the entire staff has given me, and others I've me,t a new, hopeful outlook on Life's continuous recovery. Checked in at front desk 5 minutes prior to my appointment time. I was told someone would be with me soon. 30 minutes later there was no contact despite numerous staff milling around. Only when I went back to the desk and asked for my paperwork back did anyone seem to care. Terrible way to treat a client. Pivot just acquired by another company- maybe that’s the problem. I’ll look for PT elsewhere.

Sincerely, the best group of helpers I could have ever asked for. I have been here multiple times over the years, and have always been happy with the treatment. Going to appointments here feels like visiting family. Almost makes me feel sad to leave haha 😅

I’m so pleased with the results of my physical therapy! When I walked in for my first session, I could not move my shoulder/arm. The pain was severe. I really thought I had lost the use of my arm for good. It took a while but my arm is fully functional now and I’m no longer in pain. I owe this to the wonderful staff at Pivot in Midway! Everyone there was motivating, kind and fun! Thank you. You really made a difference in my life!

Meant to make this a month ago. But the staff is incredible. I had Greg and Vincent and I couldn't have been happier with how they've handled my issues. I got severe problems but the schedule of exercises and things they've taught me I just couldn't be happier with how was I treated.
